i believe this location is closed but the screen fell off multiple times after this. just get it properly repaired.

I bought my phone at the Scottsdale location at bell and 56 street. I know they use to have a couple other locations; i just don't know where they are at. Went here a couple weeks ago to have a couple of older iPad screens replaced. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I mainly needed them for studying and browsing. 1 was finished next day the other took longer because it needed a new part that needed to be ordered. So I never EVER post reviews but for some reason I felt compelled to post one on this company. A few weeks ago a brought in a 2018 MacBook Air in brand new condition so that they could repair it for a small milk spill. The laptop was left with them for about two weeks until I had to finally CALL THEM for a update on my computer which cost me $1400 brand new. They finally were able to tell me that they deemed the computer unrepairable and said "everything was fried". Well I trusted their word and ended up selling the laptop for parts to a nice gentleman for $200 who happened to own his own computer shop. This gentleman texted me a few hours later sending me pictures of the computer up and running perfectly! He told me there was still milk that hadn't been cleaned off the board and that it worked just fine! This disappointed much, not only on the money spent with this place to diagnose but also losing out on basically brand new MacBook Air. Props to the guy who bought it from me I had no intentions of trying to get it back from him and was just happy he was honest and erased all my information. I also had this company replace my iPhone screen (which cost about $180) and my buttons are sometimes doubled when I type and the screen won't turn on sometimes when I make phone calls. I don't mind the phone aspect of this post but the computer part was pretty upsetting, especially because this company's claims they know what they're doing. End of the day I made a dumb mistake of not getting a second opinion and trusting this place. If you can get your stuff diagnosed/fixed somewhere else please do.. read more

Convenient location, they offer mobile as well as walk-in service and the price was very reasonable! I got there just before opening, got quick response via their website messaging and confirmed they take walk-in customers. Alan replaced a battery and did a great job, quick, and reasonable pricing for the service provided. In comparison Apple takes hours to complete this action. Alan also replaces a screen, button, and mother board on another phone. Working great now. My first repair had a screen issue and Alan replaced screen and displayed excellent customer service. I never post reviews on businesses but this one I felt like It needed to be done. I recently got my iphone 11 fixed... front and back for a decent price around 250$ because I was a first timer with this company. Long story short they did fix my phone and at face value it looked to be fixed... but it wasn't even a week before the front screen kept popping out...I pushed the screen back into place and it literally shattered my screen and created a pressure crack instantly. Instead of repairing my phone for obviously not making sure the screen was sustainable. They refused to fix my phone and offered me 50% of to repair it??? Like how are you going to charge me againnn for something you didn't even fix properly the first time and the reason I say that is because I came back that very first day and there was this black lining hanging from out my front screen on the side. We thought my cell phone needed a speakerphone replaced, but after ordering the part and replacing it - it was determined there was more damage. Jordon was honest and told me that it might be in my best interest to but a new phone, than for him to keep replacing parts until they determined the extent of the damage. I very rarely leave reviews but do not trust this place they are not honest business people. I took my daughters Iphone 11 to have the screen replaced because she shattered the screen. I took 10 mins for the screen to replaced and I was told that I could occasionally see something on the screen that says "not compatible with iphone" i agreed and paid $176.00 for the phone repair and a screen protector. A week and half later the screen was blacked out and it didnt work. So I took the phone back and the guy proceeded to tell that that he could " see pressure damage" to the phone and this voided the warranty. He said he could tell from line on the screen. He said I would have to pay for a new screen. I argued with him but he insisted. When I went back out to the car I was clearly upset so my husband went in to talk to him and they guy started yelling and scream and threated to call the cops. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE FRAUDS AND RACIST!!!!! read more
