So, I had to wait until all of the cars in front of me placed their order at the door, wait for their order to be prepared and served, and then finish their conversation - before the next car repeated the process. I saw 2 servers (1 for each lane), 1 preparer that brought the completed order to the server, and 4 people hanging around smiling and laughing. I'm glad they like their job. If I had known it would take 20 minutes to get my drink, I would have driven past, made a u-turn, and gone to the Human Bean across the street - which I will do next time.

I had a slight challenging time with that, since I didn't know how sweet 80% was etc. I asked if they did samples and they said no. This shake has roughly 13 carbs. Which can be quite a bit if this is a snack. * size options seem to be 24oz! Whoa! That is huge!! I would struggle with 12 oz shake. There are kid sizes, but no clue on the size *sticker shock. This shake was 8 and some change! I didn't see a price listed. I also didn't see one for the kids shakes.
