I thought she was asking me about my rewards stamp card, so I responded, but she never acknowledged that my phone number had gone through. It turned out she was actually talking to another customer, leaving me standing there talking to myself. It felt inconsiderate and made for an awkward experience. The drinks are decent, but they're Herbalife-based products, so there's nothing particularly unique about them. Customer service and making guests feel welcome are what really set a place apart, and unfortunately that's been consistently lacking during my visits.
