Wow - this may have just become my favorite coffee! I ordered the Beach Bum - a summer seasonal latte with coconut, hazelnut and vanilla as an iced coffee and it was absolutely delicious. It earned a permanent spot in my cup holder for the drive home and I was already thinking about my next visit before I got there. The shop itself is cute and welcoming. I even had the chance to watch Scott Groome painting a new mural outside and it's going to look fantastic. The staff were friendly, patient and happy to answer my questions, which made the visit even better. My only complaint is that the menu changes a little too quickly. There were drinks I wanted to come back and try that were already gone! That's probably just another reason I'll have to keep stopping by. I'll definitely be back soon to finally get my own latte bucket!

I ordered the frozen lemonade and the lion bagel sandwich. The lemonade was good- tasted like a powdered mix but wasn't unpleasant. The sandwich I thought was a little messy with the avocado and chipotle. A little on the gooey side. But I did love the crispy bacon and well cooked egg. The bagel was denser than I would have liked but did work well with the other ingredients. I'd definitely stop by the Coffee Cubby again in the future.
