    Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Run don't walk! first time trying this pumpkin pie smoothie(it's seasonal) and it is AMAZINGGGG! If you miss this before it's gone I feel sorry for you but I've tried most of their menu & everything is good! First time at this location and inside this one is super cute just as the others I visit. Workers are also nice people as well. So many locations located everywhere now, so definitely stop by and check them out :)

The bowls is great but the employee's they aways played it, and then don't listen right the orders, today I passes a hour ago, the guys in the register got my order right, buy the ladies make wrong. I'm asked no honey in the electric mermaid so when I eating is extra honey in my bowl and the put peanut butter is the nasty the flavor. With the pitaya and half acai base I called him to let them know because they need care about a lot people have peanut allergy.

I could eat this everyday I literally love this place sm and the bowls stay cold for so long. Workers r so nice

The bowl stays cold for so long I've been eating for at least what feels like an hour and it's still not melting which is good. The workers are so nice and always smile. My favorite thing about playa bowls is the style of the store.

This place was good. I was really craving an açaí bowl and looked up nearby places that sold them. I found this place! I was pleasantly surprised. They're located right on the main street in Pleasantville. So it's easily accessible with street parking. The ambiance inside was very beach-y. I felt like I traveled somewhere else and left NY. I ordered an 8th Ave - Açaí bowl. It was great! As you can see from my pictures it was the prettiest açaí bowl I've ordered. They seemed extremely rushed (behind the counter) and super busy. So maybe that's where they cut corners (making açaí bowls that are pleasant to look at). But it was definitely the best açaí bowl I've had. I'd definitely stop back here! They had plenty of seating inside too.

Months later and Playa Bowls is consistently good! Every time I go there the service is fabulous and super speedy! I wanted to make an updated review because they have really stepped up their game. Although I'm still not a fan of the açaí for some reason they reformulated their coconut base and it's awesome!! My go to bowl is the electric mermaid half coconut base sub kiwi for strawberry. Be sure to check out their outdoor seating and grab a loyalty card for buy 12 get 1 free

Very clean place Service 5 stars Menu very confusing did not know wtf to order What I did finally order was very tasty and plentiful BUT $14 with tax... Absolutely hated what my wife ordered something with a banana base Would have given it 5 stars if $9 or $10 for bowl

I recently went on a smoothie bowl crawl across the region, eating nearly a dozen of the things within just a few hours. We stopped by this place last and, even though by this point I had had my fill of frozen fruit--of all I have to say it was my favorite. Mainly because of the true next-level variety of the place. They have banana bowls, which I had never even seen before, as well as green bowls, which are this amazing blend of kale and frozen pineapple. The Nica Bowl was absolutely amazing, as was the Pacific Bowl. They also have what looked like pretty sick oatmeal bowls. I will say I kind of wish they put more peanut butter onto the nica, but I'm splitting hairs. The service here is also great and they had this like long line of attentive young people creating the bowls at a breakneck pace. So definitely impressive and welcome addition to the acai/playa/green/banana bowl scene in Westchester.

I'm super excited about finally having a playa bowl in this town! When I walked in there were sooo many options. The girls at the front did a fantastic job helping us. They gave us free samples and suggested their favorites! I would recommend the tropical açaí bowl and the pura vida bowl. Tasted great and fresh produce! The atmosphere is so cute. There is plenty of great places to take cute instagram pics of your bowls! Seating inside is pretty limited but they are opening backyard garden seating in the spring. Can't wait!

I don't know what is in the açaí mixture exactly, but my favorite is the 8th ave açaí bowl; it is topped with banana, granola, and honey.

The food was not good -- the croissant was hard and stale and tasted far from fresh. What was even worse was the service. The white male cashier on the right side had a terrible attitude from the start. He handed me only half of my meal without saying the rest of the order was still coming. When I asked about the remaining portion of my meal, he snapped at me and raised his voice, saying "the rest is coming out" in a very rude and sneering manner. I would have asked to speak with a manager, but I was pressed for time. It's really a shame that some young employees are not trained properly in customer service and basic professionalism. Between the poor quality food and the terrible service, I would never return to this place.

They have a program to text when your table was ready, so we went for a walk in the neighborhood while we waited. A surprisingly short time later, we received the text that our table was ready! The menu(s) had a wonderful selection of food and drinks, along with some specials. They do use a QR code for their menus, but noticed they also had paper menus upon request. Our server was friendly and attentive. The other members of staff would also check in as they passed by. My boyfriend enjoyed the PB & J Latte along with the creole shrimp Benedict. He said it was seasoned well, right level of spice, stated the eggs were poached perfectly, and really enjoyed how moist the cornbread was. I indulged with the "Tipsy Palmer" which is an Arnold Palmer with Bourbon in it. To be honest, there wasn't much of a bourbon taste to it, if any at all, but for a summer brunch drink, it was refreshing. For my entree, I chose the chicken Caesar sliders. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed as the brioche buns seemed a little on the stale/stiff side. The homemade caesar dressing was delicious, but they only coated the lettuce in it which resulted in a bit of a dry slider. I believe the sliders would benefit from a bit of the dressing at least on the bottom of the bun. I asked for (and received) a side of the dressing to bring home to dress up my remaining sliders. Lastly, and I know this is extremely minor, but the silverware was placed incorrectly (knife and fork reversed with the knife edge in the wrong direction). Again, I am WELL AWARE this is minor, but for me, sometimes the minor details are the things that stand out. Overall, a wonderful experience and will try them again at a later date.
