The workers are kind, and you can tell they all love dogs. I've seen them comfort nervous dogs on more than one occasion. The dogs have both a high energy and low energy options instead of the traditional large and small dog areas. My husband I like this option because it means the dogs in each area are more likely to vibe with each other. The only down side to Ninth Street Barking Lot is no cameras to check in on your babies while they're at daycare. Honestly that's probably for the best though, as most of us probably wouldn't get a lot accomplished if we could just watch our dogs play all day.

The facility looked nice and spacious. They have several people that work there to keep up with everything each dog needs. You don't have to bring dog food if you don't want to bc they'll provide it for your dogs. They also provide beds, blankets, or towels for your dogs as long as they don't tear everything apart. I'm really glad that there's a nice facility like this in the area that's reasonably priced compared to the other ones in the area. We'll definitely be back!

A friend recommended Courteous Canine after their very successful obedience training. The staff there performed a thorough assessment and recommended a reasonable action plan. After the 4 week "board & train", my dog returned with solid obedience skills. She also no longer shows aggression towards other dogs. I took in my goldendoodle and sent pictures and picked out what hair length I wanted her cut. When I went to pick her up, she was so scared, had peed all in her crate that they put her in ( so she was not taken out to the bathroom ) , and was shaved so bad/close that MULTIPLE areas in her body were bleeding / raw. I contacted the company and a woman named Laura reached out to assist with my concerns. I had to take my doodle to the vet to get ointment due to her skin being razor burned so badly. Laura said they would refund my grooming costs, but never did. Initially, I was just contacting the company to warn them about their groomers work & that other dogs could be getting hurt -- but if you promise something you should FOLLOW THROUGH it's just proper etiquette. I work with vet offices & always warn them about this grooming location. I am not concerned about the money, but I am concerned that other dogs might be getting hurt.
