In particular, Mark one of the ushers/security? was extremely gracious to my wife and he told her that it would be easier to use the restrooms on the main floor versus going back up. (we were in row e) Nice touch Mark. The lines were long, but hey...it was sold out and everything worked out perfectly. Except for the rain after the show, but I doubt the Arena had any control over that.

Service: This time around, they were two employees working. One was a lady, I wanted to wait for the older guy who was already helping someone, as he seemed very helpful in giving her insights. The lady decided to open up her window and called for the next customer. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! Almost turned me away! I ended up telling her that I will take some time to look on the website myself because she seemed as though she didn't want to be of help, and was rushing me to make a decision (no one was waiting behind me). I quickly browse the web and decided to wait for the older gentleman as I first intended to. I am glad I did. He was VERY Helpful! We got seats very close to the ice for very low cost! He also offered his recommendations! Event: We opted for the 11AM event, large turn out, but mostly longer children as to be expected for that time during school hours. Lots of lighting & stage effects being utilized which I love. However, this maybe not safe for someone who struggles with seizure disorders. Concession Stands: As you can imagine, plenty of vendors to get ALL of your money with all the Disney on Ice Sovereign. Food: We opted for quick bites and cotton candies. Plenty of junk food to choose from! Parking: Limited street parking available. Near by lots available for a fee. Closer ones cost more. We opted for one diagonal the venue for $20, I believe it was card only. Also, the metro link has a stop right next to the venue's location! I've opted for that option before to cut cost. The best hockey stadium in the world. Only fitting for the best fans in the world. I can say this. Hockey fans are so much better and lively than baseball fans. St Louis is known as a baseball city. They may want to rethink that. Customer service was wonderful all night. From the time I walked in until the time I left the building. They did an amazing job to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The nachos were good, but not great. The chips and cheese were very good. The meat was okay, but something was off with the meat in my opinion. It wasn't bad. It might have been the texture for me. The jalapeños were great. The portion size was huge. The refillable soda was huge. I thought I was going to get a refill. I couldn't even finish my Mellow Yellow soda. The only disappointing part it was the last game of the season. I enjoyed everything tremendously.

The concession stand had it usual items at a somewhat ok pricing. I guess since tickets weren't expensive, you can splurge a little to support the stadium. Overall, the experience was really nice on a lovely evening. Plus our boys won! I'll be back to attend more games and hopefully other events.

Don't want to get up to get food or drink, they got it. Big smiles and a welcoming greeting every time you go in and out, of course. The space is well appointed, and though you are behind a net, it's still a great view of the game. The free drinks use middle of the road liquor, and you can get there before the game and stick around two hours after it ends. They have specialty cocktails too, so it's good booze for "free." The food is pretty good for buffet food. They always have hot dogs, brautwurst, and flat bread. They have a couple of specials each game, like blackened shrimp or beef brisket sliders. They also have a more traditional dinner, with meat, veggie, and starch. They also have a few appetizers like chips and dip or charcuterie. For dessert there are piles of candy along with cake cups and gooey butter cake. If you can snag tickets to the Bull & Bear, your going to have a great game day experience. The biggest disadvantage is that with all the new and exciting food offerings at Enterprise Center you are limited to a few catered options. It's not that you can't go get the other stuff, but it's hard to pay for food when you can get food stuff for free. Plus it's an open bar so really by the end of the game you won't mind anymo
