And I saw Barnes & Noble coming soon... if that's true, heck yeah! I know it's mostly chains, not unique boutique shops and businesses, but there is still enough variety that I have no complaints. The outdoor mall is fairly modern, and the area feels safe. A summer concert series occurs on 4th fridays of the month at The Block Plaza near Koja Kitchen, which was convenient this past weekend cuz I grabbed dinner at Koja Kitchen and was able to enjoy the live music while dining. A few doors down, I picked up a yummy chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl too. However if coming here for the live entertainment, the location's not the best. It gets crowded cuz it's just a small space, with concrete surface, and you gotta bring your own lawn chairs if you want seating. There was a tiny dance floor in front of the stage too, but really nothing inviting about the setup. That said, The Cheeseballs put on a fun show for the crowd, with the band performing funk, soul, and rnb tunes. They played various hits including Whitney Houston's I Wanna Dance With Somebody, Hips Don't Lie by Shakira, You Make My Dreams Come True by Daryl Hall and John Oates, and Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club mashed up with Katy Perry's Firework. Also, parking and traffic is never really an issue for me in this shopping center except near Costco and In-N-Out.

I went to visit Chai Shai and got a mango lassi and Nutella bun. Then I went to Ross to check out some shoes. After that, drove to Hallmark front entrance as the back entrance of the store was closed. The Fremont Hub definitely has changed quite a bit since the last time that I had came. Hopefully more new store will come in to fill the empty retail spaces.

Aura Wellness Studio for pilates and meditation sessions. Old Navy, Marshalls, Lane Bryant, and Ross for clothing on a budget. Walgreens for pharmacy. Daiso and Staples for school and office supplies. The food here isn't good, so I'd rather cook at home or eat somewhere else. The backside of Target remains empty since they took out Party City, and it's kind of a shady area. There are lots of parking spaces near Walgreens, UPS, and Marshalls.

You cannot afford to be obese after dining in any Chinese restaurant in every corner. I will never forget how difficult it was to park after I got my drivers license a decade ago. Even crooked parkers will give you a hard time. The best places to visit are the supermarket (gone as of this year), Hong Kong Chef, Yokee Milk Tea, BoDo Lucky ramen, and bakery. I never want to come back to this plaza in my car; I prefer to go to the next plaza where 99 Ranch Market is located and walk my butt from there.

This one appears to be an independent by the name of Sweet Coco. According to their signage, they will also serve up banh mi, coffee, and smoothies. This place is located to the due left of Marina if you are facing the front door. Progress on construction cannot be gauged, as the windows are all plastered up. More updates to come! P.S. For those looking for a boba fix, there is a standalone shop inside the Marina called Tea Island.

This is the Norstrom rack located in Pacific Common , just across from Target …read more It is nice to have the Norstrom rack so that we don't have to drive far to go to the San Jose store . This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.
