So if that's your way of making people "comfortable" then I certainly made the right decision. Several of the neighbors feel the same way, but they are just to scared to speak up! If I'm not going to be home, I have a neighbor bring bins in or out. everyone in my area is extremely friendly and I do know of some nosy people that like to question everything but majority are not like that. Typically Management is very responsive to any concerns. For example I had a leaky roof and they got someone out same day. I had some loose boards on my deck and within a week they were replaced. I will say myself and others have had problems with office staff losing checks, being disorganized with communications and generally being unhelpful. I can't tell you how many times the woman sends an email and moments later has to send a correction. It is constant. I like Jim though. He is respectful and fair. I like living here, and most people complaining are breaking the condo rules they signed up for. For the most part, the place looks nice with landscaping (those benches are terrible) the roads are paved when needed, painting is done every 5 years and the rules keep people from having junk out. I do wish we had our own water meters though. I know water is always causing our condo fees to go up and I am using far less than the families. Also adding I have a dog and we walk the big loop around and see many other dogs everyday.

Always pleasant and do their best to meet your needs. Mel is awesome! He helped guide me through some very difficult situations resolve them. Overall, the neighborhood is a nice place to live, the property, landscaping is nice and well maintained. I would live here again!

I got fed up with waiting and called again looking for information and the woman was SO RUDE to me on the phone, she hung up before I could tell her I was no longer interested.
