These are two individuals who are very responsible, respectful, honest hardworking persons. Steve is amazing at keeping the grounds and atmosphere welcoming and clean. Steve is also very quick to respond to any maintenance issues that arise. His professionalism and kindness go above and beyond. Ava, is just as hardworking, kind, and caring when dealing with Residents/People. Ava's patience and dedication others is what makes this community run smoothly!!     After filing out an inquiry form on their website, Avalon Bedford proceeded to email me numerous…read moretimes over the next 7 days, asking to set up an appointment for me to come see a unit. I scheduled it and 10 minutes before my appointment, when I had already driven 2/3rds of the way there, I received a phone call from them saying I could come if I want but they have nothing to show me. I expressed my frustration at the barrage of emails pushing me to come in to see an apartment that doesn't exist and was told that those are "automated" emails and the woman who sends them [which means they are not automated] works somewhere else and doesn't have any visibility into what's available and what's not because "the system" doesn't show that. This is one of the largest apartment/townhouse companies in New England with properties all over. This is literally what they do but their system doesn't show anything? A few minutes after I got home, I received yet another email, stating "Sorry YOU couldn't make it to your appointment" and asking me to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of my time. They' clearly don't have their act together at all and I won't consider any Avalon location after experiencing their incompetence.

    Addendum: 3/25/25: I have received a letter served by the…read moreConstable from The Point of Three North's "Attorney" DEMANDING I remove this post. The letter also contains many other false accusations, defamation of character, discrimination, harassment and extremely threatening words and forms of action to be taken at MY place of residence. I would think as being an attorney she would know that in the United States of America attempting to censor a person's Constitutional First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech is against the law!! This will be added to my file and forwarded to the appropriate "authorities". I have lived at The Point for several years, the first year was fine since then we've been through 5 property managers the most recent being Chelsea Paquette who is the absolute worst property manager in my experience in MANY states of apartment living. She has ZERO experience with property management and ALL it entails. She lacks the proper ethics and demeanor when dealing with tenants in particular those with disabilities. I am a disabled former First Responder Senior Citizen and must write that I have NEVER been so appalled at the treatment I have received from Chelsea (who is not an attorney) Panco, LLC. and the fraudulent SEB "40B"program threatening legal action because I refuse not to submit their paperwork because I DO NOT receive funding through that "program". I will be reporting them to HUD the Department of Disabilities as well as Elder Services. I am not the only Tenant to receive this abhorrent behavior. The living conditions are disgraceful and disgusting at this complex under the Management of Chelsea Paquette (Panco). Not only are they a health hazard they are a safety hazard. I have watched the cleaning lady wash the floors with same bucket of filthy water then take the mop and wipe down the elevator! I have lived here several years and not once have the carpets EVER been cleaned even after myself and other Tenants reporting dog feces on the carpets in various areas! All three buildings have gone through multiple SEVERE floods due to pipes bursting and this is caused due to the structures sinking because of the land they were built on. They are surrounded by Conservation land. Figure it out. They have rat problems and Chelsea authorized a pet/child friendly complex to spread rat poison on the lawn! My Veterinarian for my service dog has stated and will attest to the fact the severity of my dog's allergies, ear infections and skin infections are due to her living environment, THIS complex. Other Tenants have told me the same about their pets! During a second MAJOR flooding of building 2 an elderly disabled woman in a wheelchair was trapped in her apartment with water pouring down on her head because she could not exit due to a broken apartment door! The amount of dog feces around the property was SO BAD the Town of Billerica sent out pamphlets explaining the biohazard contamination to the ground and water supply! The Health Department, Town of Billerica, Engineering Division, HUD, Housing Authorities Elder Services, Disability Advocates, Attorneys have all been contacted many times regarding MANY serious issues with The Point at Three North!! P.S. Residents are still in displacement and have never been reimbursed and were required to pay rent while displaced due to the flooding at the fault of The Point at Three North!! DO NOT BE DECEIVED!

In terms of Justin and Will both have the maintenance and social/live communication skills that are essential to fulfilling my resident maintenance requests and interacting with me as resident. I trust that they are keenly aware of how to prioritize requests in terms of which may need immediate attention and which are not emergencies. Simultaneously, I feel that they attend to non emergency requests in a timely manner. Given the many, many maintenance requests and other duties that they are required to stay on top of and/or ahead of in a day's work, both Justin and Will have made me feel as though my requests will be competently addressed. To move on to Tania...if Tania were employed by Barnum & Bailey, she would be the juggler as she seems to be in more place than one as she moves through her day. She gets back to me, in a timely manner, when I email her and I love that she is a genuine animal lover. In my experience, I have found that the Resident App (Sight Plan) is finicky....specifically when one has changed their phone number....I have android phones and, at times, even when I've had the same phone number for quite a while and I want to request maintenance, the app asks me for my password; yet, it has never let me create a password....occasionally, it will simply bring me into the app without requiring a password. Other times, it simply will continue to ask for a password that the software itself doesn't allow me to create (even when I select the forgot password option). I've experienced this specific glitch about 15 times since Sight Plan went live. The team (Tania, Justin and Will) has then had to work around the app (which I'm sure is perhaps inefficient for them) so they can fulfill my maintenance request. Props to them for the successful workaround. Thanks for reading the long length of this.
