I am not sure I can say great things about the Terminal C United club. It is cramped. It is consistently overcrowded and the food is average at best. If United is going to focus on Club cards and the premium experience it needs to deliver. It is not the fault of customers there is a line -United needs to deliver.

I stopped by the United lounge while waiting for my flight back to NJ. The lounge was pretty packed as expected, it's very small compared to huge number of United passengers that travel through this terminal multiple times. Luckily we found an empty table. Initially I found the entree items empty. About 10 minutes later they brought in refills for those empty trays. I ate some cookies and snacks. Those were good. But the coffee machine was out of service. That was disappointing to see any many travelers use it for their drinks. The restroom in this lounge is also very small, but relatively clean.

Very nice airline club. Staff was very welcoming . Food at buffet was great! Good hit disused if tortellini and meatballs. Sandwiches and salads. Good dessert of brownies and sweet potato pie. Clean and well maintained.

Well it's easy to heat food up and yes it's a good snack. However the restrooms are repulsive. Piles of hair on the floor, 3 stalls with only 1 with toilet paper, no soap to wash the hands. The restroom is worse than an outhouse on a drilling rig!!

This location has much better food and service ( shockingly ) than the Houston lounges I've been in.

This location has much better food and service ( shockingly ) than the Houston lounges I've been in. The staff also seems much happier and were really sweet and helpful. I'm looking forward to future visits :) thanks guys!

The United Red Carpet Club is my travel companion and I'm not sure if I could live without it. It comes in handy when flight delays trap you at the airport. It's comfortable, has free WiFi, offers numerous snacks and complimentary alcoholic beverages to cope with the travel stress. This particular club is on the small size, but is very nice and clean. The snack selection is also lacking in the fresh snack department like in Denver. Nonetheless, it's still nicer than some of them I've visited in the past. Its interior decor finishes are the usual mahogany wood with leather upholstery throughout. The service was professional and very friendly. Beats any gate area without doubt! It's definitely worth the annual fee for a frequent traveler, which is why I've been a member for almost a decade.

This location of the Continental Airlines President Club is located in Terminal E of DFW. Somewhat small, but nice with a nice view of the Airport operations. On the negative side, I know it is against their "policy," but I was tired and hungry. I smuggled a Burger King Double cheeseburger in - in my computer bag and was wolfing it down while sitting at a table and working on my computer. A minute later one of the Continental employees came over and told me I had to leave to finish my burger. So I walked to the front door of the Club, opened the door, stepped outside, ate the last bite, walked right back in, looked at the lady, and asked her "Are you happy now?" She responded: "It's our policy." I can see how my burger interferes with and competes with their outstanding selection of crackers.

This is a small Club, but it has the usual features and functionality of other United Clubs in the system. Chairs, work carrels and tables are available and all have power outlets and easy access to their free wifi. Free beer and wine and soda, plus the single wrapped cheese, carrots and snacks that are the same in all United Clubs. The Club closes earlier than I would have liked - it is clearly designed to support the United and Star Alliance fliers that are originating or terminating their travel here in Dallas. As opposed to someone like me who was flying American (not my choice!) and connecting in DFW. It is located in Terminal E, between gates E6 and E7.

United's DFW Club (Terminal E) is relatively small due to United's limited DFW footprint, but better-than-average facility. * Not crowded when I was here despite size * Clean, well lit, quiet, comfortable and abundant chairs--see pics * Abundant A/C outlets. Even 5x greater than United's much larger EWR Club, which is shamefully poor. * Adjacent to United gates. * Wi-Fi worked reliably but took minutes to sync up. Front desk even helped with log-in issue using my iPhone. Well done! Minor Gripe: While you don't have to walk far, signage from security to the Club is lacking. You'll figure it out. Word for United Club Management: I do wish United would study Lufthansa's Lounge approach to hospitality, and simply borrow half of it--that would be a great start. I suspect that United Clubs are run by bean-counters...not hospitality people. Tip: If you are unfamiliar with DFW airport, larger than some small cities (you can look it up...27 sq miles!), allow PLENTY OF TIME TO RETURN YOUR RENTAL CAR. 45 mins is not overdoing it from time you enter the airport to arrival at check-in, and even longer during peak hours and holidays.

    Drink up!

I can only assume many of those visits were later in the day when the airport is significantly busier, because my experience was the complete opposite. I had a little under an hour in the lounge with a flight arriving at 7:25am and departing at 8:50am. There was no line to check in and we were granted immediate access. Located in Terminal D across from Gate D12, guests must present their AMEX card and boarding pass for entry. The cardholder receives complimentary access, while additional adult guests are $50 and children are $30 each. If you spend more than $75K annually on your AMEX card, you receive two complimentary guest passes. Personally, I do not think paid guest access is worth it for a short layover, but I can definitely see the value during a longer one. The lounge itself is quite large, though maybe not large enough for a busy airport like Dallas considering the number of reviews mentioning wait times. During my visit, however, while there were plenty of people, there were still a few spare seating options available. Their lounge had a good variety of booths, dining tables, lounge chairs, workspaces, and even small private office areas for calls or meetings. The entire space felt clean and organized. The food was continuously replenished and stayed fresh throughout my visit, though nothing was particularly spectacular. It reminded me a lot of the complimentary breakfast at a Hyatt or Hilton. Still, it was absolutely appreciated after an early flight on an empty stomach. I did enjoy that they offered healthier options including fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, and wellness shots. I also noticed staff regularly cleaning tables between guests, and the bar area seemed popular with travelers enjoying complimentary morning cocktails. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and had full privacy doors with no awkward gaps, which is an upgrade from the typical airport bathrooms. Overall, I had a good experience and would absolutely return during future travels through DFW.

There was also a worker carrying a cart of complimentary champagne and of course we took advantage of that too. Other amenities included a fitness room, relaxation room, showers, and luggage lockers. The lounge also had snacks and ready foods like sandwiches and wraps that people could take to go. The workers also gave us bags where we could hold these foods with us when we left. I never understood why in the world you'd want to book a suite just for a layover, like why?…read more WELL, here's why. Long layovers are only fun if you're lounge hopping or shopping around and walking around the airport. It's all fun and games until all you want to do is take a nice nap when it's well past the hours of the night and your flight is not until the next morning. It's too short of a layover to book a hotel room but also too long to be not curled up in a blanket in a private space to catch some zz's. Thanks to Priority Pass, we decided to give these guys a try and we're so happy we did. Me and my husband each had 1 hour for free so we were able to book 2 free hours of nap time! We split it up pretty evenly where we got our first couple of hours walking around the airport and moving our legs/working in our computers. And then, when it was about 2am, we went to our Minute Suite and spent 2 wonderful hours napping in quiet. What I loved about the experience is you get pillows and blankets and can really enjoy a dark, private and quiet space even with dimmable lights and white noise if you need. If you prefer to work or watch TV that's also available. Overall pretty awesome experience, the only thing is I think they were doing some work at the airport and you could hear everything so maybe having some kind of a sound proof would be awesome. The couch had a bit of a wear and tear but it's fine we just covered it up with extra blankets. All in all, amazing experience! If they provided sanitizing wipes to make you feel like it's super clean after the last guest this would be even better. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend and from now on, I'll be sure to book these especially during long overnight layovers.
