What attracted me to Pride is that they have a truck mounted steam cleaning system which is much more sanitary and powerful than a 'rug doctor' type of machine (and you never know where those have been or what they've cleaned up before coming to your house...yuck!) The technician that came to my house was on time, efficient and removed a very tough pet stain. They took two area rugs with them to steam clean in the shop. This is the type of service I am accustomed to, coming from Chicago. I found them pricey but still less expensive than others I called who did not even offer this level of service.
