Jay and his crew replaced old rotted Hardiplank on my house, pressured washed the house, driveway, decks and painted the entire house and stained the front and rear deck. Work was awesome on time, professional and generous with his estimate, no extra charges or anything. He also stands behind his work and is a Marine Veteran to boot. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Even 10 would not seem enough. I was looking for a company that could do everything and found them, Service Pros. They performed power washing, they fixed my deck and stained it with two coats, painted the outdoors of entire house and it's a large house, painted the shutters, stained the ceiling of my porch and stained the front door with 8 coats! Jay and his crew (Tyler, George Sr, George Jr., Alex and a few others I did not get their names) do over and above. Jay tells you the job is not done until you are satisfied with the job. Believe me when I say I am meticulous or a pain in the you not what and he and his crew did everything I had wanted and more besides. They are a lovely bunch, very professional, timely arriving and working long hours, my job began within a few day after I contracted it and they take their time to do a fantastic job and are there every day. They do not run to other jobs while doing yours. Jay is like having someone you can trust instead of be afraid that the job will not be performed to your satisfaction. He calls you back or responds to emails immediately. I am so lucky to have found Jay and his crew. Based on some recommendations from local families, I hired The Service Pros to paint some interior walls and power wash the outside of our house. We were pleased with their service from beginning to end. Jay was able to give me an estimate over the phone without having to come to the house. They arrived promptly at their scheduled time and were polite and professional. The quality of work was fantastic. The outside of the house looks great and so does the interior paint job. I really appreciated their attention to detail. They took time to prep the walls very well, patching holes and even some large dents from our dogs. They caulked around baseboards, windows and the tub. Then they sanded down the walls before painting. Our whole upstairs looks practically new. These guys really are Pros! And reasonable pricing! They cleaned our 10 year old roof and it now looks new. It had embedded moss that was close to damaging the shingles and they got it all.
