A month ago my Silverado was involved in an accident, it required the replacement of 1 bedside, the back door and the cab corner needed repair. My truck is my baby and the thought of a poor repair was my greatest fear. I've seen work done by many of the large production shops and didn't want my truck hacked together by a shop rushing my truck in/out with time as their priority. Ultra Collision repaired a truck for me in 2002 and I was beyond pleased but knew the chances of the same people working there were slim. Turns out Steve still owns the shop and I actually told him upfront that I returned because of the experience I had in 2002 the difference being I really like this truck and I needed to hear from him that his shop was still able to put that kind of work out because I love this truck and intend to keep it a long time. I told him quality of work was my priority over getting it back soon. He said no problem so I dropped it off the next week. Turns out the Chevrolet door was on factory back order and the dealership sent 3 bedsides out each was damaged in the box. Steve called me to make me aware of the situation and because I told him I'm a bit anal he didn't want to repair a new bedside and planned to wait for a good one. I stopped by to see the new/damaged bedside and the dent was smaller than a door ding. He told me fixing it wasn't an issue but wanted my approval. A door was found out of state but this meant the original completion date was pushed back 3 days. Steve's shop was packed with work and I had a planned vacation so I told him to push my truck aside if need be and I'd pick it up after my vacation, again I told him I wanted it done right so I was in no hurry. I picked the truck up Friday, as I looked it over I found that 2 dents in areas not associated with the accident had been repaired, I asked what I owed him for that and he wouldn't take anything. The color match is perfect and the workmanship was spot on. I've attached pictures, because I asked Steve I wanted to see the process and these are the pictures he sent. I 100% recommend this shop, as it turns out 1 of the guys in the shop told me Steve had personally worked on my truck. I appreciate his way of doing business, he under promised and over delivered. Thanks Ultra Collision.

Also bring a group. The portions are huge and the food is clearly meant to be shared. Trust me on this one, bring friends. I've tried a bunch of dishes here, and there are a few I always go back to. For the table, Camarones Locos is an easy choice. The flame grilled shrimp comes out hot and full of flavor, perfect for passing around. La Patrona ceviche tower is massive and worth the order. When it hits the table, you immediately feel good about the decision. El Pulpazo is technically an entrée, but we always order it as a shareable. The octopus is grilled perfectly and it comes with rice and beans, so everyone gets a little of everything. For entrées, my number one pick is the Lobster and Crab Enchiladas with green sauce. I think about this dish at least once a week. The enchiladas are packed with lobster and crab, and the green sauce ties the whole thing together. Honestly, I could talk about this place all day. If you like Mexican food and seafood, you need to try it. Great food, big portions, and a menu that makes it hard to stop ordering.

The service was okay, but the staff lacked friendliness and didn't seem very welcoming. As for the food, some dishes were good while others were disappointing. Overall, the flavor was lacking for me, and many of the dishes just didn't stand out. Another issue we ran into was the parking situation. The parking lot is very small, and we had to park outside of it, which was inconvenient for a large group. Overall, my experience was not the best, and I wouldn't be coming back.

There was a huge parking lot in the back, so parking wasn't an issue. They had indoor and outside seating. Juicy savory pork skewers with sticky rice and green papaya salad. Everything was good! I really wanted to try the dish that said it was Thai hot and no refunds, but I was overruled lol. I am happy to say that I did not pass it by this time and met a few friends there for lunch last week. I got there before them and was warmly greeted by a server who helped push the tables together for our party of five. After checking out the menu I decided to get one of their cold sakes. It was lemon flavored, but nog too sweet. Once my friends arrived we decided to get a few appetizers, my favorite waa the chicken wraps that came with this amazing peanut sauce! It was a little hot and spicy, but full of flavor. I actually ended up adding it to my meal. I ended up getting the fat one that came with thick noodles topped with broccoli, carrots, onions, and red peppers. I enjoyed every bite until I could not! It did not help that I tried a bowl of my friends curry soup! It had just the right amount of spice with chicken, mushrooms, onions, and scallions. I would come back and eat this soup everyday if I could! Again I see why this restaurant has been open for so long. The food is great along with the service! They made us feel at home. I will be back!

UPDATE 2026…read more Bluewater is our new favorite seafood restaurant. We went last Wednesday for HH and the bartenders are a fantastic team. They run a very professional bar. The service we received from them was next level. The kitchen did a great job too. I got the fish and chips with walleye. It was flaky goodness paired with crisp and salty fries. I washed it down with a couple smoked old fashoineds. We left with a satisfied smile.

I did ask for a few minutes to look over the menu. Our waiter was very attentive, yet he didn't interrupt our meal too much. This was my first time trying rainbow trout and now my expectations are high!! My boyfriend ordered the blacked swordfish on a bed of rice. So good, so fresh and juicy. The bed of rice was very flavorful. Not pictured was the Java Mud Pie, which we took home and enjoyed. The flavor was very Java with the perfect balance of ice cream, chocolate, and caramel. We couldn't get enough. Highly recommend!! 10/10

The food was extremely high quality, including the excellent seafood bar. The steaks were similarly outstanding and perfectly cooked. Only thing missing in my book is my preferred steakhouse potato side dish- crispy hash browns. Too full for dessert but also did not see my other steakhouse favorite "side", a hot fudge Sunday. Service was excellent as it should be given the premium pricing. Cocktails and selection of liquors was top shelf but (as you sometimes find in Steakhouses) wine list as meh and I consider the absence of half bottles a major flaw for an otherwise top notch restaurant. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and served with the kind of confidence that only comes from a kitchen that knows exactly what it's doing. Every bite reminded me why Steak 44 has such a strong reputation. The sides are hearty and generous, the kind you want to share but secretly wish you didn't have to. Whether it's potatoes, vegetables, or something richer, each dish feels crafted with the same care as the steaks themselves. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Attentive without hovering, polished without feeling stiff. Every staff member I interacted with seemed genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. It's rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Steak 44 nails it.
