I've been a patient for a few months and I have never had a better experience with anything health care related. I can honestly say that Dr. Bill and his staff truly care about helping me feel better and GET better. Not only does Dr. Bill adjust my body, he also gives me advice on how to eat better, how I can do daily stretches to help move my progress along, gives me tips on how to avoid popping something out of place while getting in and out of cars, while sleeping, etc, and how to be healthy and live a well balanced lifestyle overall. I still get a little bit nervous before my adjustments, but I concentrate on my breathing and Dr. Bill always seems to make the adjustment at the perfect moment (somewhere in between the tense "omg he's gonna do it" and relaxed "oh, he didn't do it" *crack*). I first went to him with chronic, reoccurring migraines. there was NO medication that was alleviating the pain. I decided to visit Dr Haley after my hair dresser suggested him. At the time, I was seeing another chiropractor and was happy. However, Dr. Haley was closer and the 30 minute massage prior to my exam was included in my copay .... so the two benefits lead me to try him out. Let me say he is night and day better than my prior chiropractor, whom I liked at the time. Dr Haley is SMART and knows a lot about bodies and how they function etc. He teaches you about what not to do...instead of rushing you through in a 30 minute time window. There's a few too many negative reviews here regarding this facility. I have no complaints. I came here around December 2015. Been coming here biweekly for a few months now regarding lower and upper back pain. My pain started off being minute but became chronic. I was not able to sleep as I would wake up in so much pain I couldnt move. I was not able to move my neck forward nor could I turn my head left and right without it hurting. I went to a different chiropractor at first but he just overcharged me and wanted me to spend a few grand right off the back. That was a big RED FLAG to me especially since it was my first visit! So I left that place and went here to Pleasant Hill Chiropractic Center. Dr. Haley and his team are very friendly and helpful. His prices are affordable and he knows what he's doing. Anyway, I came here because I was referred to this place by a co-worker. Best decision ever. The very first visit helped TREMENDOUSLY. Although the pain was still there, it significantly decreased! I guess to scale it off, my back pain was 10/10 and on my first visit went down to a 4/10. Been goin here since. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Dr Haley is a very caring and attentive chiropractor. I was seeing a terrible chiropractor before by the name of Olsen, she only spent a couple minutes with me max and she didn't take the time to listen to my concerns. Dr Haley really takes his time with each patient and it never feels rushed. The Dr. I was seeing before only made my back worse. I was scared to go to another chiropractor but a MT recommended Dr Haley. I decided to try him out. His adjustments always leave me feeling better not worse. :) They aren't painful. A week ago, while jogging and walking, I stepped down on my left leg with a lot of force. My knee felt uncomfortable and painful for a few minutes but afterward felt normal. However, the next day I began walking with a limp, and my knee became profoundly swollen and extremely painful. I thought, something is seriously wrong with my leg, so I went to the Emergency Room. After arriving in the Emergency Room, the ER doctor barely touched my leg. He looked, gave one poked and said, "Oh, it's swollen. Let's get an X-ray". After two-half hours, at this level one trauma center, state of the art hospital, which has top-notch doctors and equipment, I saw the doctor all of 10 minutes. His final diagnosis was "swelling of the left leg." I was sent home with an ace wrap, crutches, and an order to ice my knee. I was told to see an orthopedic surgeon if swelling did not go down in a few days. Meanwhile, I had an appointment to see my chiropractor that same day. But, I called to cancel, because I could barely walk. However, after speaking with Dr. Haley, he said to come in, and he would take a look at my knee. For some reason, I did not associate having a swollen knee with responding to chiropractic treatment. My oh my, I am so grateful that I went in to see Dr. Haley. He took one look at my knee and said that it was out of alignment. He did some manipulation, massage and almost instantly my knee felt better. I was able to walk out of his office with minimum use of my crutches. The swelling has gone down significantly, and the pain is gone. I was in so much pain and my entire spine was out of alignment, I could barely walk or look forward. 10 Advil a day wasn't helping either. Without the expert care of Dr.Haley I am sure that I would have been forced to leave my trade and have surgery . I visited this clinic repeatedly over the course of three months. Often my visits were double booked, and I was kept waiting. My care was the same every visit with no improvement. There were no alterations made to the care provided. I decided not to return. Though Dr. Haley was very nice and had every best intention to provide service, I felt as though he was not educated on contemporary chiropractic services. My wife and I have being going to Dr. Haley for treatment going on twenty-two years. We first met him when my wife slipped on a wet cement floor at work. She has two bad discs that cause her great pain off and on and all the doctors wanted to do was put her in the hospital surgery room. Dr. Haley works on my wife regularly and with each flair up (some of her flare ups are so bad he can't stand up erect) and each time Dr. Haley successfully gets her back to functioning , and with "pain free touch." He takes the time to discuss your problems, he is very educated on the body, nutrition, modern treatments available, and he has the latest equipment to help you. He also has a licensed massage therapist on staff. I've recommended him to well over 20 people over the years, and he has helped them all. I am not going here again. Let my bottom line be my top line. I see comments from William Haley so I'm sure you are reading this. Looks like William has a habit to raise his voice like a school teacher. My chiropractor referred me to this guy and I was to have a knee X-ray taken. He was referring a book to do that. He also told me he has 30 years of experience in doing X-rays but doesn't do knees. Then why would he even take up this one? I see a review written in 2013 and that reviewer mentioned William said he had 25 years of experience. So William, you gain 5 years of experience in a year? Wow! How??? and on the spine X-ray, he told me to hold a walking stick. I held it with one hand. He said hands.. I didn't catch that up obviously because I don't get X-rays done everyday. Then he said HANDS!!!. Then I asked him Both Hands?? Then he went inside and took out the knee X-ray and it didn't come up at all.. So had to do it again.. He also made be wait for like 15-20 minutes on that lousy gown after my knee X-ray.. and then came back telling me I was scheduled during lunch time. Mind you, he had his lunch and then came to attend me. I told him I didn't have my lunch yet. Oh yes. I went to my chiropractic and learnt that the X-ray didn't come up well. I have Achilles tendinitis and you made me wait for 20-30 minutes in that lousy gown with the door open where your other patients could easily see while walking around; Even if I didn't have Achilles heel issue, you shouldn't make anyone wait that long in that gown. And then you come and ask me about my work; At this point of time, I am more interesting in having my X-ray taken and getting out of your office ASAP. Of course, I was yet to have my lunch. Also on your X-ray, the doctor commented that she couldn't see the /Thoracic' part. It was very hazy (side view). When I spoke to my Doctor, she told me that they have heard a lot of people having similar comments about you. Due to way too many car accidents, I have seen chiropractors for decades. They always try to string me along to have care for a year and then life maintenance. I usually got temporary pain relieve for a few days at best. I was told by two of them to expect to have migraines and significant neck pain for the rest of my life. After a few years of that, I went to see Dr. Haley. Within a month, my migraines stopped - and I rarely get them any more. Pain relieve is well maintained - unless I do some strenuous things I shouldn't. I am slow but not stupid. I am too old to be arm wrestling and though I dusted my 20 year younger opponent my right knee buckled during the feat. I didn't think much of it ... and that same night I remember banging my right knee on a chair looking for lost keys ... it was quite a nite ... anyway next day my knee was swollen and hurt. I was not sure if it was arthritis or gout or from the bang ... anyway day after day I thought it was getting better but was always in pain then I would have a "flair up" and knee was size of grapefruit for most the day on most days. I was afraid to go to doctor because I thought I may have a tore ligament or something and it would cost a fortune. FINALLY, realizing my knee was not getting well I finally wised up and went see Dr. Haley for his opinion ... I was expecting him to say, "Your knee is screwed you will need laser surgery," or something like that ... I should have known better. Within two minutes Dr. Haley observed then "felt around" my knee poking here and there saying, "Does this hurt?" And I would say Yes! "Does this hurt?" Yes! Then after the third time he had me go into total knee relaxation mode, he gently "stirred the knee" and then YANK! It was beautiful. I heard three pops, my bones being moved back into place! I felt like the Lion just having had the splinter removed! My knee was out of joint ... I hope I have the common sense next time to see Doc Haley after 2 hours instead of 20 days. Or in my case, daze ... Moral of the story is ... if it don't feel right see Doctor Haley right away. He is one terrific chiropractor and his fee so unbelievably inexpensive.
