In May we paid a $400 deposit he states to begin fabrication of cap and continue with replacement so we did. Fast forward to the final days of September and a laundry list of excuses later absolutely nothing had been done. Let me be truthful he did come out to put a tarp over chimney to stop any further leaks but it disintegrated into a thousand plastic pieces that littered my property and I still find to clean up now. He came back out to place a blue tarp over and that completely ripped through during Hurricane Florence. So at 8 months later absolutely not happy I informed John that we were going with another company and would like a refund he stated he would do even better giving us the fabricated cap and refund, but after a month I had to take action with paypal to get original $400 back and no "fabricated chimney cap" was ever seen. Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please stay clear you have been warned.
