Roy diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a week. My house is now nice and cool for a fraction of what we thought we would have to pay! Roy himself is enthusiastic and clearly enjoys what he does. He had an apprentice with him who he was teaching and taught us along with him, which was awesome. On top of that, he gave us (a pair of first-time homeowners) fantastic general advice about the care and keeping of our home. If all that weren't enough, literally today one of our outlets started making a bad noise and he came within a few hours to replace it for us. When we do eventually need to replace the HVAC Roy will absolutely be our man! We would recommend him to anyone (well, anyone we like).
