She's right on top of things and provides the best treatment and advice. I can't say enough about her; she's the best !

Over the years, my opinions on this matter have changed completely. What I wouldn't give to have 20/20 vision and see the world with crystal clear clarity, without the help of my industrial strength contact lenses (when I take them out, the world becomes one big Monet painting). Luckily, I have the very best ophthalmologist, Iman Ali, in whom I've placed complete trust to keep my peepers healthy and bright since 2005. At that time, I traveled the 45 minutes from my apartment in Quincy, MA to see her in Fall River. Eight years later, I still travel to see her, forsaking many other qualified ophthalmologists in Providence. For my first appointment, she had her work cut out for her: I was fresh from a major car accident during which I'd suffered eye injuries that made wearing my traditional contacts extremely uncomfortable. She was patient, caring, and so confident that I could keep wearing contacts (by the time I reached my twenties vanity had sunken in, and I no longer agreed with my seven year old self that glasses were a badge of honor). She knew instinctively how to care for a young woman who'd suffered a physical and emotional trauma, and with her help, my eyes - and my overall well being - improved. Today, there's barely any remnant of the original injury, and my prescription has, against all odds, grown lighter in strength. Other fantastic details that make Dr. Ali's practice, Total Eye Care, an excellent choice include: a friendly front desk staff (who in all these years have remained intact - I mean, no discernible turnover. This speaks volumes!); a charming little coffee shop in the main lobby before you enter the office; and for those who DO still think that glasses are a true fashion statement, a huge range of high end designer eyewear, including gorgeous prescription sunglasses. If I still liked wearing specs, I'd have no shortage of luxe and lovely options. Dr. Ali is - to coin a well worn phrase - the very best in the business. She's so smart, so sophisticated, and so easy to talk to. She's Brown University educated, NYC trained (where she gained incredible experience working on patients suffering from eye issues in the wake of 9/11), and superbly suited to a practice in an area like The Riv, where folks really appreciate a doctor who remembers all sorts of things about you: little facts that might date back years. While she's thoroughly modern, hers is the type of practice that hearkens back to the physician practices of old, which were built on a strong sense of family, where all generations went to the same doctor -- and that doctor inquired after one's parents, as the pediatric patients matured into adulthood. This makes my annual eye appointment feel like coming home, in the best way!

I just got one of their small crossbody purse from a vintage boutique. The first thing I noticed…read morewas how simple yet nice the bag is. The second thing I noticed is that this beauty has some heft which is a nice reminder that the bag is still on me. The leather is some of the thickest I've encountered, is durable, and well crafted. It's as if the maker saw into the future and included a convenient external cell phone pocket wich is both easily accessible yet secure since it is located on the surface of the purse which lays against my body. I can easily slip my phone in and out without fuss. Overall this is a highly durable, simple, yet beautiful bag. I can't imagine why anyone got rid of it but I'm glad they did!

Terrible customer service - DO NOT order from Frank Clegg if your purchase is time-sensitive!…read more I ordered and paid for a customized card holder and an eyeglasses case online on April 2, 2026. After weeks of silence, I had to reach out myself twice. On May 7, 2026, I was told that the order will be shipped within 2 weeks (passed on May 21, 2026). I followed up again on May 21, 2026, Frank Clegg stated the goods will be shipped on May 26, 2026 and I will receive a confirmation email, which has not happened. It appears they hadn't even begun preparing my order, yet they held my money for nearly two months. I had to demand a refund, which I did receive, but Candice and the rest of Frank Clegg team could not even manage a basic apology for ruining a birthday gift! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, DO NOT ORDER HERE.

I can't begin to describe the incredible experience we had at Alexandra's Too shopping for my daughter's next competition gown, and I can honestly say it was our best dress shopping experience ever. Kylie was our assistant and from the first phone call to the last hug before we left, she made this day so special and memorable. She struck the perfect balance between listening and advising, and we knew we were in great hands. I just can't say enough wonderful things about her. Being plus-sized means that dress shopping and sometimes boutique situations can be difficult - will they have enough in the right size to try on? Will I feel humiliated? Will they understand my needs? Alexandra's was perfect in that regard too - there were so many options in a huge range of sizes, and my daughter felt respected and beautiful every single moment of our experience. Thank you thank you for such an incredible experience - though we live in California - and though we walked away with not 1, but 5 new gowns - WE WILL BE BACK.

This process was so seamless because of her attention to detail and ability to find styles based on what I did and didn't like. While this is my first time trying on dresses, I recommend not only first timers working with Sam and Alexandra's, but will definitely be returning with my bridal party!
