On my first call to Pleasure Pools I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who explained that her husband started the company years ago and that after his passing their son took over the business. After visiting some of the pool companies in the area and finding out they just contract their work out to a list of contractors, I felt I had found my pool people with a local, family feel. Kevin ( the son) met with me one evening and we signed a contract 30 minutes later. It was a great decision on my part. Knowing nothing about pools, Kevin patiently explained why some of my ideas were not ideal. He had some great counter suggestions complete with pics and brochures. We settled on a design that maximized my pool size while fitting perfectly into my layout. They came out, worked hard, in sometimes very wet conditions to get the job done. Three years later I couldn't be more pleased. It has become the family hub for summer fun. I have a grandson that now moves in for the summer to stay in the pool! Kevin also "has a guy" to do the concrete, electrical and pool heater needs. The few times I've had to call Kevin with any issues he has either come out quickly or contacted the electrician or heating guy for me and then they showed up promptly and solved the issue. Had Pleasure Pools install our new pool three years ago.They were recommended to us by a competitor who no longer installed in ground pools.After researching their work,we scheduled an appointment with Kevin,the owner.He arrived on time,was both knowledgeable and polite.A week later he came back with a proposal,we accepted,and we were put on the installation schedule.Within a week of the scheduled start,the crew arrived and started work.Ten days later,they were filling our new pool up. We have enjoyed our pool for two summers already,and are getting ready for the third.We have had nothing but compliments on the pool,and the complete setting.You will not find a better company to install your new pool! read more

They come out to your home and wander into your pool area without first coming to the door to let you know they have arrived. Then they do what ever you've called them out to do. If you do catch them to ask a question, they give you simple yes or no answers without explanation. Makes you feel like a bother, like they have better places to be. Go elsewhere!! read more
