This specific config isn't super common; power management group both wall chargers dynamically sharing the same 60 amp circuit. High Lakes Electric knew exactly what this setup was and quickly got me scheduled. Installation went very smoothly and both chargers worked as expected dynamically splitting the load across the 60 amp circuit. Eventually I plan on adding powershare once it becomes available in Bend, and I know who I will be contacting for the installation!

In response, I was given only gross figures, with no clear breakdown explaining the specific work performed or how the charges were calculated. Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Because of the lack of transparency and the bullying tone of the communication, I will not do business with this company again."

They were immediately friendly and welcoming when I stopped by to ask for a quote for the replacement of our home's panel. Each staff member I interacted with made a point to ask and use my name. Nice touch Kevin provided a reasonable bid and completed the job (replacing the panel at our home) on time and slightly under budget, despite me making a couple of last minute requests while they were working. A load of firewood showed up unexpectedly and the electricians were amicable about moving their work trucks so it could be dumped nearly on their feet while working on the panel (sorry about that!). The work they did looks clean and works well for our needs.
