Then he came out the next morning and measured why do I have to pay twice for that? That's a pretty expensive billing rate and then you get paid an hour drive time for the day they do the work on your house at very expensive rates.. 3. The inspector came by to do the inspection, and I had to end up, caulking for them. The bill was about 3 to 500 more than I would've expected . They did hit another line and they did repair it without charging me for that and he was nice enough to let me know the wire and everything I need for my hot tub, so there were some good and bad takeaways.
