Only seven days after issuing the invoice, Lights On sent a hostile email stating that I was late in paying and threatening to immediately add late fees. This response felt unnecessarily aggressive and inappropriate toward a customer who was simply seeking billing clarity. Nice touch Kevin provided a reasonable bid and completed the job (replacing the panel at our home) on time and slightly under budget, despite me making a couple of last minute requests while they were working. A load of firewood showed up unexpectedly and the electricians were amicable about moving their work trucks so it could be dumped nearly on their feet while working on the panel (sorry about that!). The work they did looks clean and works well for our needs.
