Because it's the outlet, it can be a little difficult to find the things you're looking for and the selection can range depending on when their last sale was. However, that also means the prices are quite a bit lower, which to me makes up for the selection. The workers here are super friendly and helpful. They typically remember their regulars, which really makes my parents happy.

Then, I was told to stay home all day on Tuesday so that I could refuse the UPS box ( with 3 chairs) being delivered and give them the one box (1 chair) with the return label they provided for free (only after many many phone calls and emails- being told their scanner broke and couldn't email a label-more lies, inept at best) to UPS. Upon doing that, they told me ( via chat, phone call, email) that they would IMMEDIATELY refund my full total amount that I had paid. So guess what- I call and after being on the phone for an hour, lots of holds and I am sorry words - I am supposedly getting a refund. At first, they were trying to charge me for many shipping labels even though I only used 1 and was told that would be free by everyone that got involved. We will see if there has been more lies and I do not get a refund that they swore up and down they gave me. They have lied over and over again so I am dubious. Some family owned company- you should be ashamed of yourselves, stealing money from me. Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!!! Each CSR does not know company policy. They make things up as they go along. Do not keep track of anything. I would NEVER buy from them again and STRONGLY urge everyone to stay away. Apparently the phone number wasn't updated but they wouldn't even ask about an email address to find my number. They just kept saying they needed the app open. I wasted my time trying to pick up my drink and it was a futile attempt at getting my birthday reward. The second girl kept acting like I was lying. As a regular there who works in the area, I was rather disappointed!
