Each time I visited, there were new things to see and newly stocked trendy items. They have exceptional selection in kitchen, fake flowers, rugs and bedding. Their outdoor/summer collection was bursting, which makes sense for May/June. Sometimes there are ugly items you just smile at and wonder "who would buy that?" But then around the corner I'll find something that someone else would find ugly that I love! For example, I came in for a Disney spoon rest. The Disney name always carries a higher price tag, but my ceramic spoon rest is only $9.99. It's also ceramic versus plastic or rubber which would be less expensive material. So look at what you're getting for your dollars and shop away. For most things, you're getting value for your money. Outside alone, they had a $2 rack and a $1 bin, which immediately pulled me in. Once inside, it just kept getting better. There are so many "treasures from home" to browse name brand clothing, shoes, a whole purse room, and even handmade items. I loved that they have dressing rooms available, which makes it easy to actually try things on. The staff was really friendly, and the overall layout impressed me. There's a lot to look through, but it's not overcrowded you can comfortably walk around and take your time. I could easily see myself spending a couple of hours here just browsing. The prices are more than reasonable, and I liked that many items have tags with additional discounts. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size range they had a great plus-size selection, not just limited sizing like you sometimes see in resale shops. There's parking on the side of the building, and if that's full, there's additional street parking nearby, which makes it pretty convenient. I didn't end up purchasing anything this visit, but honestly, that just means I'll be back soon (and probably leaving with a lot next time!). My daughter was told by Williams-Sonoma customer service that it could not be returned. For such a well-known company, we are very disappointed with this poor customer service. No exchange or site/store credit options were offered. The SMEG website clearly states items may be returned for a full refund. Apparently W-S does not honor that same customer satisfaction.
