The man counted it and said $880 which should've been $900. I went back to my car nothing because I rolled it in my hand . So I got the money order for $880 as I watched him and the big guy laughing and smirking as I walked out . Highly unrecommended. Unreasonable and not sufficient/adequate. this is the first time in a review this has come to mind. I called to avoid wasting time and energy nonetheless services provided at this location combined with the redirection over the phone did not meet reasonable expectations. Im not angry whatsoever. Keep in mind: they do not give prices over the phone of their services (does waste because you have be in person to get quotes and the wait times are long). When you do call the location number: it redirects you to a calling center not this physical location. I called twice someone with the name of Moshae reassured me they provided printing services and they would need to send file to en email. Got in a long line (25 minutes wait) the first employee seems not trained properly. Then another woman by the name of Marisole said they don't do that. She insisted that i call the location number, after i explained to her that's exactly what i did, she didn't acknowledge my time and alot of what i had mentioned. Be aware, some of the employees are not trained correctly i say this with respect: the location number redirects you to a customer support number and not the actual store. If the client support states they provide these services and the in store denies that, even after verifying its the same company, it creates unnecessary issues. The most unorganized banking financial facility I've ever been to. I've been to very many check, cashing, and and other services such as change, postage or prepaid. They also say that they have a career opportunity, but it's a mess they have no three different ones they all had a different rules or different guidelines on top of the fact that they want to extend only in demographic areas that that would put up with such terrible customer service. My advice would be to go to any other facility, such as a payday loan, or a different western facility read more

Went in today to cash a check from a new employer. I know its gonna take a while and would be a bit time consuming for their staff but they just took their time with me showing grace and patience. They were able to verify the things needed to cash my check and get a new debit card. I've been a loyal customer for at least 4 years and this location is super friendly especially Ashley, her supervisor Leslie and Andrea the manager. The staff during the late night hours are courteous as well. read more

They have duplicates of the XPECTATIONS cards that has the same number and pin code as your personal card They will ask you if you want them to activate it and when they do they will take down your information and use your card later they can take money for off your Account PLEASE be aware of Is an employee by the name of Melanie I deal with her with my card and I never ever used the car once and and just Coincidentally she was my teller each time I loaded money onto my car and my car start having money come up missing off of it and when I came to the store to complain She gave me a new card and kept the old one and the transactions continued And when I return to complain again about it she acted suspicious and started an argument read more

The western union service is unprofessional. I saw microphones on the each counter but looked like one of the rep. is not using it. She was serving the customers without using the microphone - I could not hear her I said I cannot hear you well - she ignored, kept refusing to use the microphone just kept talking. I hate this place. The lines are always long and they have two cashiers. I went today and the customer service agent did not even speak to greet me. I told the manager and she defended her saying I'll talk to her knowing she was not. They take their time doing transactions knowing they have 15 people in line. As a corporation, they're very efficient, but..they need to train their employees better and focus more on the customer service aspects. They are lazy lousy and non professional at this location. Been here a couple of times to get money orders, which are free so I can't complain :) sometimes it seems like the workers don't really know what they're doing & move a little slow but other than that I always get my money orders. read more
