If you don't need anything and have no need for assistance they are great. Their credit card is very basic in what they provide in terms of extra services and accommodations. The whole time often is up to two hours. The various branch locations do not answer their phones. The staff is discombobulated with a different areas of offerings. For instance, if you have a credit card the branch location cannot help you. When you call your credit card, if you're having different issues such as fraud versus Security versus regular customer service you will be transferred back-and-forth to offshore sites where people barely speak. English, and are just connected with what the last customer service rep informed you. Overall, the branch customer service is horrific.

He came from behind the protective glass and threatened to fight me in the store on camera . I wasn't going to fight him in the store and he was not aware that I am with law enforcement. I was happy to call corporate and his local supervisor. He put the store and his life in danger for no serious apparent reason. Maybe he thought because the store was empty he could put on a show but he forgot the cameras tell the whole story and reveals the truth! I told him that he didn't know who he was talking crazy to and he told me he didn't care and go ahead and call corporate. Let's see if he still has the job!! The next time Isidro threatens someone, make sure that they are not off duty that wears a badge in law enforcement.
