I worked with Sonny, Katya, and then Kristin over several days while investigating all options and rates from competitors. When the other driver is clearly at fault, who was on their mobile, not looking ahead and they ram into the side of your car, Progressive reply is you MUST use your collision to cover the damages. This in turn increases already sky high rates. They take your money willingly but for what? It took me continuous submission of the same photos, I had to do all the follow up & ask questions simply to find out they did nothing to support me in the claim. I would strongly suggest not to consider Progressive and that you make sure you tell everyone you know who has this coverage to change it immediately or risk having a nightmare when you need transparency.
