My friends decided to take me out here for dinner because of the rough week I'd had. They only had good things to say about it beforehand. Despite it being busy, there was no wait for our party of 5 on a Friday night. Our server was great, nice and attentive. But, the wings smackedddd. They were so crispy but flavorful! The standards for food service are horrible!! My son ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, it was literally two slices of cheese on bread. The bread wasn't toasted the cheese wasn't melted. The burgers weren't cooked medium, more of almost well done, and the patties have little to no seasoning/flavor on the burgers. I've been to this location quite a bit and food and customer service is pretty inconsistent. Usually, it's just an okay experience, nothing compared to other locations I've been to. The dine-in experience is much better than ordering on the app. We noticed a huge difference in how the food was made. I'm worries the to go condiments like bleu cheese weren't stored correctly as my fiancé was a bit sick after eating take out from here. When I've ordered online, or even called an order in, I always ask for a receipt so I can get my Pluckers points in the app. Sometimes I get the correct receipt with bar code to scan, other times, I don't get it at all, and other times I have to ask for that receipt or else I lose out on the points. The last time I came in, employees told me there was no receipt for points, but after waiting for my points to update, they never came. read more

But when we asked the waitress about the free appetizer and bd dinner she told that was ONLY for gold members and we had to pay $10 to get that. Man this is a sad day for me normally I have nothing but good things to say but today was not it. Idk if it's new cooks or they are just being stingy. Sat there for an hour, waitress changed out and went home. Then they brought ice cold food that I refused and sent back. I think I have got friendlier service at a DMV. Staff was acting like they were high school "mean girls" to the point that I was not just distrustful that my food would have been brought to me contaminated, I was sure that was going to be the case. Not one to complain that much but I feel that if I did not put this out there someone else would have to put up with what I endured before I left without eating an entre.
