A late lunch at Chili's today. The service was fast and the food was superb. My friend ordered the "3 for Me" lunch - a drink, house salad and Big Smash Burger and she loved every morsel of it. I'm doing this review to let it be known i would never ever get the chili philly again or recommend it. It was very bland no queso just a sad experience. The fajita trio was okay, the chicken tasted unseasoned and old. I can say that the service was fast maybe too fast they should slow down and care for the meal instead of sending out what I got. Can't say much about the ambiance because I got it to go. Now it looks like I shouldn't have gone at all. Luckily for this establishment they have other things on the menu they do get right just sad to have to leave this. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE! If you are going during Happy Hour be sure you sit on the left side of the resturant. When you come in they won't tell you the Happy Hour rules in this establishment. If the hostess happens to sit you on the right side of the resturant and you order drinks you won't know until you get the bill that you will be paying FULL price (no happy hour price - even tho it IS happy hour time) for all your drinks. No one will notify you upon being seated or even upon ordering drinks that you are sitting on the NO HAPPY HOUR side of the resturant. And if you dare to ask about it or complain all the manager will say is oh sorry that's our rules. * [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have never in my life heard of a segregated resturant. I'll start off by saying this is our favorite Chili's in the area. Today was a let down as I'm a regular for their super smash burger since it destroys the Big Mac on price and taste. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant wasn't particularly busy since it was around 4pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated at a booth on the right side that wasn't too busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ten minutes go by and another two people were seated and immediately someone approached them and took their drink order. We waited another few minutes and left. Maybe short staffed? Who knows, we don't and we decided that even though Bubba's 33 usually is busy, we are always greeted and seated in no time. We'll give it another try next week. Hopefully it's better since we consider ourselves pretty regular patrons. read more

Service was absolutely awesome, our server was super sweet & courteous. She keeps our drinks full and check on us regularly. Restaurant was clean and welcoming, restroom was clean and well stocked. It also smelt clean and refreshed, surprisingly most bathrooms smell like a bathroom if you get my drift. My son & I had the Santa Fe salads we added corn salsa to it. I upgraded by substituting salmon for chicken, it was so delicious. My son devoured his salad. My husband said his food was just ok. Over 4 stars!!!! read more

I've been coming here for about 3 years now but it's been awhile since I've been back! So I was like why not let me go back this time I ordered pick up through door dash. I went ahead and parked at a curbside spot but still had to go in to let the lady know I ordered through door dash she told me she will bring it out to my car cause their was 5 more minutes left on my order so the original wait time was about 30mins in total. I ordered the honey chipotle crispers and Belgian waffles it had a lot of flavor chicken was coated perfectly with the chipotle maple syrup sauce & waffles were just alittle to sweet for my liking tbh but It was still good! I ordered a side Cesar salad also I wasn't impressed their was no parmesan on my Cesar so super disappointing. My boyfriend ordered the Boss burger he enjoyed it a lot it was very fulfilling with the bacon, brisket, pull pork & jalapeño cheese sausage on a burger! He enjoyed his very much! I'm giving chili's 3 stars because of the waffles being to sweet and the Cesar with no parmesan! I love Chili's. I go there for lunch often. I usually get the unlimited soup, salad and chips. To my surprise, they were taken off the menu. I decided on the 3 for me. Chicken Bacon Quesadilla with Enchilada soup. I had a reward for chips and salsa. The meal was very delicious! My food was great but the service could have been a lot better. The hostess asked if we had been helped and when we said no she began talking to someone else and seated them before us although they came in after us. They brought out the wrong drinks to us but accommodated us by not making us pay the up charge so that was nice of them. Last week I ordered a Santa Fe salad. They left off the chicken. I drove back to Killeen, and they remade the salad. They were supposed to give me credit. The manager today said they don't give credit, only an email gift card, although that had not happened. She said the fact that they remade the salad was the credit despite me driving back. She continued to argue, and I decided I would just stop going there weekly. I had stopped a while back because both of our to go meals had live gnats when we opened them. We came yesterday afternoon to celebrate my dad's birthday. His choice to come here and a good one since my niece is picky. She likes to eat burger and fries. We were seated immediately. The table we sat at had food in the seats. I noticed the host wiped off tables and it put the food all over. It landed either on the floor or seats. I was nervous about how our lunch would go, but it went well. Our server, Fayth, was amazing! She's fast, courteous and on top of her game. We had refills without asking and she brought us plenty of napkins without having to ask as well. Excellent customer service. The food was good and tasty. I'm so glad we had a great experience here for my dad's birthday. If it wasn't for our server I would have deducted stars for the seats being dirty. read more

Damn. I can't remember my waitress' name but she was young, quick and attentive. She made sure me and the hubby got our refills with our drinks and wasted no time making sure we got everything we need. We came here on Valentine's Day so you can imagine that it was busy as heck, and that's why I appreciate the waitress we had and the kitchen for their swiftness too. While me and my husband were eating our appetizer and enjoying our conversation with one another - we noticed a couple on a table a few rows down getting loud with another waitress. They were so upset about the service they were receiving I guess, which was confusing because it was or is a busy time as you can see clearly but they still wanted to complain and be loud about it. It was rather distracting and annoying and thankfully, it didn't get much attention because they literally were the only people complaining when everyone else was enjoying their time and food. I'm rating this review off of the service we recieved for Valentine's Day, which is 4 stars. I chose FOUR STARS because I was really happy at how good the service was even though it was busy. I'm a fan of Chili's because I really like to eat my favorite dish here and my husband knows that. read more

If I could give this place a lower rating solely based on the food I would. The waitress we had was great but my fiancé got very sick after eating here. The wait time took forever, we were on a waitlist for 40 mins and then waited for our chicken crispers for almost 40 mins as well. We were not impressed with their service or speed at all. We were told we would be on the waiting list and we would receive a text message when our table would be ready. After waiting 30 minutes we walked back inside and asked where they were on the list and the hostess told us that she had attempted to contact us five times so they skipped us when we had never received any message. They then proceeded to tell us we had to wait an additional 30 minutes as we were getting put to the bottom of the list. I believe one star for their customer service is too generous if I could give it less than one star I would. read more

So while they served countless others they misplaced my wife's order causing her to wait nearly an extra hour after checking with her, and saying oh ya I'll try to get your order out quick. After she confronted the host he wanted her to verify the entire order to make like they didn't just screw up and make her wait for an order they had not even been cooked. my husband and I visited on Saturday, May 11th. it actually wasn't to busy when we got there, our servers name was Kim. and let me just say it was the worst service of my life. I had to ask for salt 3 times before ever getting it, mind you this was over a 30 minute span. we had a bigger party sitting beside us, and Kim was also their server. she def prioritized that table over us. she constantly made sure they had any and everything at all times while in an entire hour we didn't get a single refill. I ordered the ribs and they were cold and seemed like old just heated in microwave. They were caked with rub on them most horrible ribs I ever have eaten. The other items ordered were like left-overs from days before and lacked taste and dry. The onion blossom served as an appetizer was greasy and was fried in old grease. The service was so bad as well we did not even wait on our dessert. Definitely not going there again you can get better service at a fast food restaurant.
