Plum Creek Wagyu Beef exceeded my expectations! From the moment I opened the box I felt like I was a "big deal"! From the personalized note to the cooking guide and then of course the beautiful cuts of beef! I followed the directions and my steak was not like any other. Plum Creek has ruined me for all other beef. From now on it's Wagyu or nothing!!! Be sure and speak to Patty, she knows her stuff and helped me pick the perfect items. read more

Ben and Amy Benson brought the amazing delicacy of Wagyu beef from Japan to the pastures of their small Nebraska farm and to the tables of North American residents. Plum Creek adheres to the core components of raising Wagyu beef, providing the animals with an environment that's as stress-free as possible. Unlike traditional beef cattle that are packed tightly in outdoor pens, Plum Creek's Wagyu beef is raised in small groups rather than in large herds and are provided with access to both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Adam W at Plum Creek Wagyu Beef and the team McLean Beef were absolutely awesome to work with! I have been looking for a 1/4 Wagyu for sometime now. Living in Central Ohio I did not want to travel far. The experience was awesome and easy. Once the 1/4 carcass was delivered to McClean beef they took it from there including help on creating the cut sheet, hanging for 14-days, processing AND shipping in four boxes with ice packs to my home in Central Ohio. UPS was right on time and I could see where the shipment was via a provided tracking number. The beef, all 180lbs of it, arrived pre-packed in vacuum sealed packs and still frozen solid. Now, the best part ... the beef is amazing. I cooked it on my Traeger, smoking first at 180 degrees then kicking up to 500 for a sear. Literally melts in your mouth. Nice job Adam and McLean!! I'll be ordering again once I'm through this load. read more

We've been eating Angus our whole life. COVID has had us experimenting different types of beef. We tried Wagyu from TX, KS to NE and I am certain the cuts/cost/packaging/ease to work with and without a doubt their taste takes home the Wagyu market for me. Plum Creek runs their business like a small town company with the customer in mind. We've shared with our family and friends and now they are on Plum Creeks customer list. You cannot go wrong with the quality from the field to your door with Plum Creek. We appreciate the beef PC! read more

My wife and I both have had numerous products from Plum Creek Wagyu, including everything from the ribs to the jerky and most everything in between. During COVID we've tried orders from other lockers and stores and the experience from the service to the taste and quality in the meat has yet to be beat. Plum Creek Wagyu had made it easy to shop, support, and eat locally grown beef! I have and will continue to recommend to my friends and family! read more

One can not go wrong with the marbling and melt in your mouth taste of Plum Creek Wagyu Beef. The Flat Irons are by far my favorite steak - so delicious and the flavor is out of this world!
