Around July 1 2026, I called to see how much I still owed. I was told I had over paid by over $400. More than two months payments. They have my address, email and phone number, but they DID NOT let me know not to send more money. When I called, I was told they would process the refund and mail it to me. I called again today July 10, 2026 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks......................WTF...... If I was 4-6 week late on a payment they would send me to collections................. Dear XXXXXX I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the continued delay. At this time, the issue affecting the refund process is still being actively worked on by our finance team. I recognize that waiting for a refund that is already owed to you is frustrating, and I appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I do not have any new information to share at this moment. However, I am continuing to monitor the situation and have asked to be notified as soon as there is an update. If I hadn't gone to Enloe, my father would have perished in 3 days after the visits. And this was the HEAD of ALL the doctors to whom made 2 of the miss diagnosis and sent him home. Even though my father had passed out and was brought in by an ambulance on all three occasions, no one ever said he could a possible valve issue and only one doctor recommended he see a cardiologist whenever possible, no urgency. I know due to his age, they assumed he would pass away anyway. Well, the hell with them. After the surgery, the doctor gave him at least 7-10 years longer to survive. I broached the question about monitoring him over night and the response was "Why, he is awake now". Still hadn't received a referral to a cardiologist for my dad in 4 months. I called his primary care doctor 7 times. The nurses in the front are amazing but to follow up with the back of the office, is useless. I requested a hospital bed and waited for a referral, the nurse claimed she was waiting for the second surgery prior upon sending in a request for that and physical therapy. They wanted to see, basically, if he would survive the surgery and not waste their time. ALL items needed, came from referrals by Enloe in Chico. Five Stars for the doctors, nurses and staff. They care and perform all tests needed to come to a REAL diagnosis. Once my father was admitted to Enloe hospital, they gave us a cardiologist, a urologist and a cardiovascular doctor. A report is being drafted to ombudsman and the Medical Board of California, along with all of his medical records. They either need to revamp the hospital with trained staff or shut down. Again, if you can't get to Enloe in Chico, go to Banner in Susanville. I personally would never go here because I have heard some terrible stories about this place ( go to Enloe). I took my friend in early ( no appointment needed..her doctor called in the order). It was surprisingly clean and not crowded. The building itself is dated and could use a good makeover. The big new glass building next to it ( which I thought I was driving her to) is still not open. After she signed in it was less than 15 minutes to get the chest xay. The techs were very friendly and professional! She had a good experience and we were in and out quickly! There was plenty of parking up front in the morning. I am grateful it was easy and not a long wait ( go early is the key).

He did test her for the rihnovirus and rsv which came up negative. 2 days later she was worse, I called this hospital and an amazing nurse told us they would transfer her to US Davis if we brought her in anyways if she needed more than what they could do for her and told us to drive safe on our way there. So we took her right away, she is in ICU getting amazing care! She has HMPV virus which also went into the beginning of pneumonia and a UTI and she's only 10 months old. My daughter said the DR at Orchard tried to take care of the baby, but was not equipped to do so. Maybe instead of sending her home, advising to go to UC Davis would have been sufficient enough for us because we did not know where to take her to get her the help she needed and we were just reaching out for help 8r advice. I have been to this hospital for myself and they went over and beyond to help me, but infants or children, take them to UC Davis if really sick.
