Also, when they sold me the system, I was told that the attic hoard left by the previous owner would need be removed but they had a team for that and he'd have to check with his boss but it was mostly likely included in my quote. It took their crew about 20 minutes to empty the attic (on my lawn!) and then they tried to send me a separate bill for $800 for the 20 minutes of labor.I am a senior on a limited income and would never have agreed to nor contracted this since I am not in a place to pay for unskilled labor at that high of a rate. I went all summer with no AC even though I had already paid for this system. I had to get Alabama Power involved since they financed it. The other owner finally came out and shook his head at the shit install and promised to make it right. Never heard from him again. I cant even use the system and employ fans and space heaters instead. The ductwork leaks into my kitchen ceiling, and the system shorts out. My excellent credit rating be damned, but I never paid. penny on it because it isn't working. Last I heard, it was going through the attorney general. Absolute rip off and they refuse to stand behind their contract at all, and worst of all, the owner has the temper of a toddler.

They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in the future
