She was incredibly sweet and polite, and set us up with a service window between 1 PM and 3 PM with their top technician, Nathan. Right on time, Nathan arrived at our home. He was friendly, professional, and had a warm, welcoming demeanor. He worked quickly yet thoroughly, answered all of our questions patiently, and carefully explained his findings after completing the inspection. He confirmed the A/C was working well but noted it had lost about a pound of R22 refrigerant, which has been discontinued. He explained that the unit would eventually need to be replaced and walked us through all of our options without any sales pressure. The inspection lasted about an hour and a half, and his attention to detail was impressive. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with replacing the unit. We coordinated with Michael and scheduled installation for Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9 AM. Today was installation day, and A/C Lady sent their elite installation team--Edgar, David, Daniel, and Juan. These four worked like a team twice their size. They were fast, efficient, organized, and operated like a well-oiled machine. Each person knew their role and executed it flawlessly. My fiance is out of town and I knew I only had hours to fix it as she is due back tonight. I called for help in a panic and The Plumber was able to come out and help same day! Nate walked me through cutting off the water main until he arrived. Nate arrived very quickly and was done in a couple hours. He shocked me with how reasonable the price was, and let me tell you I was scared because I knew this wasn't just a leaky faucet or stuck toilet. Two plumbers came, they were there for 45 minutes, and the cost was $415. When I asked to get the cost breakdown, the plumber huffed and looked visibly annoyed. He explained that the hourly rate for two plumbers was $300. I felt blindsided by the cost and off put by how annoyed the plumber was with my cost inquiry. I would not use them again.

We had Joyner Plumbing come work on our house during the remodel in 2020. They installed a new gas…read moreline for the range in the kitchen. However, when that gas line was installed, the tubing that they cut was mangled, causing a leak when they put on the compression fitting. Since no one ever pressure tested the system, I have had a significant leak behind my range for 3 years. The only reason it was found was because Atmos had to come test when they replaced the service lines in our neighborhood. Not only could we not get them in a reasonable time (understandable), but there has been absolutely 0 accountability, and I have been getting transferred from person to person for 3 weeks. I spent over $1000 to fix their installation issue, and I can't even get the records from the original service. Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Jack, and the other folks that run the operation clearly take no responsibility for their poor service. I would rather hire anyone else but them. They do poor work (and know it), and then deflect any and all responsibility. Run far away.
