We have now scheduled him to winterize our system later this year, and start up in the spring. Scott will also test the back flow device and report to the water company. In the past, we tried to get the original installer to add the sprinkler to the system, but no returned phone call. We also had to have another company do the back flow testing last spring. If you contact Scott for irrigation service, he will schedule a firm date for the work, and will text you ahead of time to confirm. He is very reliable, does great work, and will leave your job looking as good if not better than when he arrived. Would highly recommend.

It took them over an hour and a half what took only 20 minutes. They sell you stuff you do not need saying "I only work with metal traps.' They were very nice, but they clearly had no idea how to re-install a sink. They kept pulling on my disposal cord until I showed them how to get it apart. They were getting ready to leave and the faucet was hanging over into the sink. They said they didn't have the part so they were done. I asked if they had looked in the box. There it was and finally got fixed. As an Architect I found it hard to believe that they were real plumbers. Avoid.

Below is a brief synopsis, there's more detail of course. The tech managed to get one of the sets of switches reworked (which I was actually very impressed by because it's weird wiring) and the outlet was installed perfectly but I ended up having to remove the light fixture and re-install it and I am unhappy that the 15 year old flange was not replaced with the new garbage disposal. I've been told by many people that the flange absolutely should have been replaced and that this one will end up leaking at some point due to the 15 year old flange and 15 year old plumbers putty sealing it. I even had all the parts as well as the plumbers putty I purchased for the flange sitting beside the sink. The tech put the old garbage disposal in a small trash can that we really never use. Weeks later, thanks to the smell, I discovered it. There with a few inches of water in the bottom, mold, all sorts of disgustingness, and just threw the entire trash can away. I am unhappy that the Covid protocols they list on their website weren't followed. I did text a response to their follow up with no response and I did call and speak to someone there. I was told that the owner would return my call but that was months ago and I never heard back. I really wanted this to be a great service because I have a lot of work that I need done but I'm walking away very disappointed that, not only was the job not done to my satisfaction, but the owner didn't care enough to call back when I really just wanted the flange replaced as it should have been. The rest of the issues seemed like honest mistakes, and those things happen, but leaving old parts instead of taking a few minutes to replace them isn't okay. And never receiving a call back about the issues I had is the most bothersome part. Half the work was great but sadly I can't recommend them. I hope I can find a similar service to complete the rest of the work I need done.

We had a leaking hose bib, and of course, the pieces were no longer available for an easy fix. To get to the back of the pipe, they had to go through our dining room. Matthew and Caleb thought of a creative way to go through our wall (removing the one panel, cutting the drywall right behind where the paneling was, fix the pipe, put everything back). The only thing we may have to do is touch up paint and wiping away fingerprints. What a relief! Highly recommend them! read more

He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! When we called them on it, they took off the service charge to show up but not the part fixed that we didn't request to be fixed. $337 to snake a drain is a bit much.
