I called Mr. Cudd back a week or two later, because I realized that the main water line from the meter to the house was broken, which was what had caused the basement to flood in the first place. It had been raining when he replaced the sump pump, so I had initially thought that the rain was the reason for the excess water. I got Mr. Cudd to come out and quote me for replacing the water line from the meter to the house. I also wasn't happy with the way my water heater was operating, so I had him quote me to replace it with a tankless gas water heater. He brought his crew out at about 8:30 this morning, and they finIshed everything in about 4 hours. They replaced the water main line, removed my old tank water heater, and replaced it with a new tankless water heater, and tested everything in that amount of time. I honestly probably wouldn't even bother to call another plumber in the future, because Mr. Cudd and his team do such great work, and his rates are great. My invoice was actually a little less than the quote, which was already a great quote. He is a very busy man, so if you have plumbing work that needs to be done, you'd be smart to call him as soon as you can.
