I am very happy to have found him. I had to have extensive sewage pipes replaced under my house since it's almost 100 years old. I shopped around to 2 other plumbers and their pricing was considerably more. And he is a master plumber, so I was confident in his work and that it will be done to code. It all came out really well.

First, I want to acknowledge that the installation itself went very well. The team arrived on time…read moreand completed the full system install the very next day, which I appreciated. The issue began when one of the installers accidentally stepped through my ceiling. The sales representative assured me that the damage would be fully covered by insurance. While someone did come out to patch the ceiling, the repair was extremely poor. The area wasn't smoothed or textured properly, and no effort was made to paint or blend the patch. It looked unfinished and noticeably out of place. After several rounds of communication, I was told a technician would arrive on Saturday at 10:00 AM. I rearranged my day to accommodate this, but no one showed. The time then shifted to 2:00 PM, then 4:00 PM, and ultimately someone arrived at 5:00 PM--right as we were heading out for plans. He came with only a can of spray paint, which had no chance of matching the ultra‑flat white ceiling paint that can be purchased at any Home Depot or Lowe's. At this point, I have given up and will pay to have the ceiling repaired correctly and professionally. My expirience has been soured by the lack of follow up and poor workmanship.

Besides taking a well-deserved break for lunge, they worked non-stop from 8AM when they arrived to 5PM when the job was finished. Mr. Parra the HVAC Specialist was very kind and understanding, helped me really understand everything that needed to be done. He answered all questions clearly to someone who knows very little about any of this. They even allowed up to 60 months with no interest payment plan, very good value!!! The quality of their work is very clean, they placed carpets on the floors and dismantled everything old it left 0 trace of it ever being there. Every few hours, Mr. Parra would come back to check up on everything make sure the systems were working good and running.

Unfortunately, my experience with this plumbing company has been extremely disappointing. After…read moreTHREE technician visits, my bathroom issue is still not properly fixed. The first technician replaced a part that apparently did not need to be replaced, and the original problem continued. The second technician made an adjustment that did not resolve the issue. On top of that, the hot/cold water settings were switched. His proposed solution was for me to manually paint stripes to identify which side was hot and which was cold instead of actually correcting the problem. Then a THIRD technician came out and wanted to charge me again to replace yet another part, plus additional labor. He adjusted the water so it no longer comes out cold, but now the temperature basically goes from warm to extremely hot. Once again, the job was not properly completed. My experience has also been inconsistent because each visit involved a different technician, and the level of knowledge and workmanship seemed to vary significantly. After three visits, multiple attempted fixes, and money already spent, my bathroom is STILL leaking and I am left with another problem involving the water temperature. I hired a plumbing company because I expected a professional diagnosis and a complete repair--not repeated visits, different explanations, additional proposed charges, and half-completed work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I would rather pay a reputable plumbing company to diagnose and repair the problem correctly the first time than continue paying for attempted fixes that leave me with unresolved issues.
