I'm in Winchester quite often and have gone to this vape shop many times, for lack of better choices and since its located downtown. Despite this, I can honestly say that going to this shop gives me a feeling of dread. The proprietor is very grumpy, not helpful AT ALL, and even gets downright sarcastic and mean if you ask too many questions. Given that the vape bottles are behind a counter and its impossible to see all of the names, I think its normal to ask questions about the products or seek recommendations. However, if you do this (politely, I might add) be ready for unadulterated scorn to be flung at you by someone who seems very much like he hates his job, and his customers. Additionally, and this is a SMALL point since most vape shops are this way, the products at this shop are insanely overpriced compared to purchasing your vape stuff online. Finally, the selection of vape juices is really hit or miss. Some products that the owner recommended were downright awful. But, naturally, they do carry some quality products as well. In summary, I would give this place 3 stars as it is just an OK vape shop, but due to the rudeness I've received here over the years, as a regular customer who tries hard to be nice, I will be giving it 1 star. This is everything most vape shops want to be. The staff are inviting and friendly, and the shop is large and comfortable. I came across this shop during a visit to the walking mall. My fiancée and myself came inside and enjoyed sampling a few of their flavors, as well as picking up a few juices. I didn't get time to see what mods they had, since I'm happy with my setup as it is. I wished I lived closer so I could frequent this shop, but I will have to settle for once a month when I'm in town. This is a great shop. The owner, Kirk, shook my hand and introduced himself when I approached the counter. I thought that this was an example of excellent customer service. I immediately felt at home. After being asked what kind of flavors I liked, Kirk lined up an assortment of juices and an RDA to try them on. He explained each juice's flavor profile and cleared the wick after each sample. Every other shop that I have visited uses the ego style atomizers that barely give any flavor. I enjoyed each of the flavors. Top notch liquid. I ended up with a few bottles of liquid and an RDA. Whether you are thinking about transitioning from cigarettes or already vape, this shop is worth checking out. read more
