I went again today (6 weeks after my first appointment) for another cut, service was top notch, and she told me what she was going to do for a fall style. By the time she finished, my cut was perfect once again. I travel from the Kenmore-Town of Tonawonda area all the way out to this salon, passing numerous salons along the way, just because the service, cut, style, and overall atmosphere is well worth the trek there.

This Walgreens has lost or messed up 3 of 7 prescriptions that we have had called in over the last 4 months. One, I went through the drive thru and they said they didn't have it. So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

They up charged the actual hair by $400 and I found this information out by another salon that fixed my hair. I can understand an up charge but $400 went to an inexperienced stylist who did an awful install. They just didn't care it went straight into her pocket over $1400 was spent at this salon , that is highway robbery if u ask me, they cannot justify products or labor because there wasn't any.
