I tried returning one bottle since I purchased the wrong vitamins and already opened one bottle, the manager's excuse for not giving me half of my refund was because the "computer does not recognize" the sale of the second bottle. Poor excuse to not refund their customers, all they had to do is manually do the math and give me my money back, but they prefer to keep my money. Definitely will be shopping at the drugstore across the street from now on.

I know that Covid has greatly impacted supply and demand making it harder for some stores to keep certain products on the shelves but it seems that no matter what I just can't find the things I need. That being said I have found some nice sales that I wasn't looking for but I was happy to have run across them. I love finding those little orange tags and catching some deals. I've run into a few issues with the pharmacy and I reccomend those attempting to use it do a bit of research. My insurance isn't great and I've had to search for cheaper options. I've found that Walgreens tends to have some the highest prices on certain medications and they don't make compounds that I need. These are things I wish I would have known before I was talked into buy into the prescription program that has done nothing for me. I don't plan on using the pharmacy but I do reccomend this store for household items and basic products.

So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. This store is awful. The customer service is subpar at best. The pharmacy is awful. I've called…read morethem repeatedly for over an hour and every time I call they hang up. The last time I was there I waited 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. And that's fine. I have nonproblem waiting. Everyone should be allowed to ask their questions and get squared away. But after waiting in the line a cashier yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes, as if we were supposed to leave. She was very rude, unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. When I got up to the counter she just stated "Date of birth?". Super rude it took me less than 4 minutes for the whole transaction but she was awful about it. Today to avoid in person interaction, I called and was hung up on repeatedly. I would be on hold and when the calls kept ringing with no answer I just went back through the directory and was rerouted back to the pharmacy line. And after going around like this for 15 minutes I would get hung up on repeatedly. I just switched my pharmacy to another location. When I called that one the phone was answered immediately and my question was answered. Everyone is short staffed and tired but that location has gone downhill.
