I've been a member for over a decade but had someone done that to me, I wouldn't have joined. I suggest providing a better customer service experience to all the guests -especially new ones. She directed me to the room where I was to have my amazing facial, and told me to take my shirt off and slide down my bra straps. I was covered in a towel to protect my bra from the oils she used. The spa type music definitely drowned out the noise of the cars on Lundy's Lane which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The masseuse did not ask me if I enjoyed the pressure of the massage nor asked for any feedback. It was more like a fancy rub down for around 45 minutes in a warm bed. The cost was too high for a rushed 45 minutes and marketed as a 60 minute luxurious experience. The woman who massaged my husband spoke to him more than my therapist did, and so he was happier with his massage. Both therapists seemed mentally checked out for the day as they started our massage late and were just going through the motions with their job/lacked going any extra mile whatsoever. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.

Last week, I stopped by at the Cosmetic Company store in Niagra Falls, NY, when I was in the area. What incredible service by Ms. Anna, the Store Manager, and Ms. Jadin, the sales associate. Anna spent a long time (patiently) helping me with the perfume selection. She was genuinely interested in my needs and gave honest opinions as I tried multiple products. Jadin was also generous with her recommendations. The store offers a vast range of products that I have not found in the three CCO stores in my area, or they have run out of merchandise. I highly recommend this store to any of my fellow makeup fans.

Products are usually discounted lines or else they are a basket of things. They have at least some of almost anything you could be looking for.
