I have been living in the Butner/Creedmoor area for most of my life, and I clearly remember when the Plumpeez Deli moved into my small town. I can say, without a doubt, that this is the best deli I have ever been to. In fact, I logged into my Yelp account just to write this review. Does this location provide excellent customer service? Absolutely. The folks at Plumpeez always make sure their customers leave happy. They want you to to /love/ your sandwich, not like. Are the ingredients fresh and delicious? Oh my dear Lord, yes. It's made to order without disappointment. The Boar's Head ingredients can't compete with next door Subway, I'm tellin' ya. How's the pricing and is it worth your money? As I get older, I continue to remember that it's always important to "vote with your wallet". It's important to know the value of your dollar, because /you're/ the one spending /your/ money. It's important because no one likes wasting their hard earned cash. You won't waste it here, though. Subs, clubs, and paninis range from $3.99 to $8.99, not a bad deal in my book. Top notch service and great quality food, AND convenient prices? Anything more and I'd consider you high maintenance (just kidding-sort of). I have finally had a sandwich that I look forward to getting again. I've been down in NC since January and have tried many of the chain sandwich places in the area which were satisfactory. Finding this place was a godsend. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. Not only is it the best sandwich place I have found down here, it is better than most at home also. Many sandwich places are getting to corporate. This is a small town, fantastic shop run by friendly, comfortable people making sandwiches to order that that satisfy the soul. I look forward to and will probably make excuses to get back there as soon as possible. The other reviews that I've read make sense to me, if I could give this a higher rating I would. I recently stumbled upon Plumpeez while traveling down I-85 and was pleasantly surprised with the food, service and cleanliness of the establishment. We were able to feed the kids and also enjoy subs for ourselves. My husband placed a To Go order which came in handy as we continued on to Atlanta. We will definitely stop in on our way back to DC. It was 100% worth the drive from Raleigh! I set GPS to avoid highways. We drove up Blue Ridge Road/Creedmoor Rd across a Falls Lake bridge, etc. Got into Butner and found it no problem. When I asked about the corned beef, I fully expected the standard "Boar's Head" answer you get everywhere else in the state. Instead, he told me they make it themselves. Sold. I paired the corned beef sandwich with a Dr. Brown's Cream Soda--a total nostalgia trip that brought me right back to my youth. The lox was a perfect breakfast, and the sandwich hit the spot for lunch later. Both were excellent. I'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!

It was a great suggestion as my food was very good. We ate on the Smokehouse side (there is a deli side as well that share the space and a unique speciality market as well). I ordered their "2-Meat and 2-Sides" meal, and chose the smoked Prime Beef brisket and pulled pork with scalloped potatoes and baked beans. Many other meats were available. The portions were good but the price was rather high but to be expected for this kind of restaurant. It was all excellent. The brisket was smoked and cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. It was not too fatty. The pulled pork was great too as were both my sides. It came with three hush puppies about the size of golf balls or slightly larger. There was plenty of seating despite it being very busy. They have a selection of adult beverages and several unique hard liquor drinks that looked interesting but I just had water. I'll eat here again. I would have liked to have explored the market area further but we did not have time.
