Due to the number of houses that have been damaged my contractor was not able to get to me right away. High winds and rain made the sandbags and tarp fall off of my home. The first time it happened they came out and fixed it no issues, the second time sandbags were hanging off of my home endangering my family and my neighbors. I requested they label it as an emergency so that it could get fixed quickly and no one gets injured. I got a call back two and a half hours later stating that they were "at the movies". They refused to come out and told me I needed to go through my insurance company which would obviously take way longer than needed. They are a money hungry company that does not care about the well-being of others I will not EVER use them again I will be telling others about my experience as well.

They have only worked on my unit if they don't have any other jobs lined up. Their workers have been caught doing 2 hours of work a day and smoking cigarettes for the rest of their shift. The crew that showed up to my home were extremely efficient; these men showed up at sunrise (if not a shade before) to deliver the materials and then the supervisors showed up and we went through the plan together. And then the men came back the next day to finish replacing the fascia that needed to be completed. The friendly painter who came to do the exterior paint was also efficient and very friendly. And finally the company Tosca set me up with to install gutters was well priced and made a wonderful edition to the features of my home.
