Not happy about the office phone service... They sent me a renewal for a car that I had traded in…read moreand I wanted to make sure that my new car was covered and the car that was traded in, had been dropped. So when I tried to call in the middle of the afternoon on a business day, the voice message tells me they are on the phone with other customers and asks me to hit 1 to leave a message or 2 to wait on hold... If there really was no option other than to leave a message, they should have have programmed the message to say so, rather than wasting my time. I wanted to wait, so I hit 2 and after 5 or so rings, it went back to the same message... I was eating at the time, so I kept trying for 30 minutes and it just continuously looped me with an obviously invalid choice. After several attempts, the system just hung up on me. If there is no option to hold - Just tell us, rather than giving us a false choice that is going to make some of us keep trying in order to get our business taken care of.

Called for a quote and was connected to an older, male agent who was rude and off putting. He was…read moreasking a lot of personal information. When I inquired if it was necessary he cut me off to say "it doesn't seem like were getting along from the start". I hung up and called back to advise the secretary that due to his ill nature, they lost business. FYI, i'm a business owner so it would have been a large quote! When i spoke to another (retired) agent in town they advised his name is Albert and have confirmed he is rude to everyone and said, "i'm not sure why she keeps him on staff".
