Ive been a customer of Plus since the days of Beach Plus. I guess 1997 was the first year i discovered this quaint little beach town skateboard shop. This was the first shop I bought shoes from when I came to Fort Walton Beach in 1995 on vacation. It was the coolest place in town and still is, if they don't have what you want in store they offer to order it. The sales section in the back is where I score a lot of my shoes, the guys are always helpful and friendly. My 8 year old loves coming here to pick out his shoes for school. read more

I've been shopping at this joint since way back, way, way back. Never have I ever been greeted by a sexier, knowledgeable staff in all of my 45+ years! Not only is PLUS a staple in the history of skateboarding, it was and will always be a skaters skate shop. The owner and his employees care about more than just making a quick buck on what some seem to treat like a passing fad. Being able to keep a shop of this caliber going through the ups and downs of skateboarding can not be done by someone that isn't involved, and cares about what we as skaters know and love. read more

I collect nike sb shoes. Plus has an sb account and get "some releases" sometimes they say they won't be getting certain shoes, I have a hard time believing that because an employee said most employees collect the shoes as well so I think they give them first dibs. For example the store opens at 10, I get there around 930 and I'm the only one there. I try to get my size and the cashier says he only has 2 sizes left. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. read more
