At first, things were going well since I was contacted not even 5 minutes after I sent in my information for a quote on their website, which I was impressed by. I booked an appointment for the quote and was expecting a representative at my house at 6pm on Monday (today) but after 30 minutes of waiting no one showed up. Called Window World, and was told that they don't know why he didn't show up so I was put on hold and after I was put back on, the man who answered the phone, Marty, said that my representative was already at the address and was talking to the customer already, he wasn't. Just to make sure I didn't get confused, I confirmed my address just in case but it was correct so that wasn't the issue. At this point, I was annoyed by the clear miscommunication on there end so I gave Marty a call back and told home that I would just go with someone else since I was on a time crunch to get this dine. He was very understanding and apologized, even though it probably wasn't his fault, but what this told me is that my time clearly wasn't important enough to them. If this is how the QUOTE was going, I couldn't imagine what the actual installation of the windows would have gone. So yeah, don't go with Window World.

I was referred to Adam Kahl and his company Kahl Remodeling. First off, Adam seems to do just about anything, he can build a garage, put up fences (which I had him do for my parents) to building handicap ramps (which he is also going to do for us), windows and more. Being 28 hours away and entrusting my elderly parents into someone's care was a concern for me, Adam did an incredible job on the fence, I was beyond impressed. He is fast, trustworthy, more than fair in his pricing and goes above and beyond to do the best. I was so impressed with his service I felt the need to write this review; he is the man to go to for construction in Mercer County. I can't say enough about him and I plan on using him from now on for all of the repairs/remodeling on my parents house. Had to share! good help is hard to find!

Once he got here it took him 6 hours to fix our mess because he had to remove and replace deck boards and everything else in sub zero temperatures. Had a roof replaced by Shell after a hail storm in 2025. The work was completed except for the…read morereplacement of a chimney cap that was damaged in the hail. The project manager made several attempts to replace it himself and ended up replacing by putting on a 4" cap for a 6" vent pipe. After that, the PM and Shell in general will not answer my phone calls. I'm hope the roof was installed correctly since it is proven I will not be able to get Shell to fix any problems with their work.
