Started off with a sincere apology. Stating that they would make it right. Due to extreme cold weather and snow we had to wait about a week. Received a call from Shawn and we set up a time to redo the work. Eric showed up and stated his intent. Explaining what he would correct. This guy was a true tradesman. He did way more than what he promised. Reconstructing both door frames and did metal work that is art. Added brick molding. The joints are so tight and precise calk wasn't needed but he wanted it as a secondary measure. The job is beautiful! In life workers don't realize they are the front runners the face of the company in their actions and work. They represent the company! As one company takes on a new one some systems fall short. They take time to get the rhythm down and standards. Well, mistakes were made. Once identified, they were corrected in a timely manor to a supreme standard. At first, things were going well since I was contacted not even 5 minutes after I sent in my information for a quote on their website, which I was impressed by. I booked an appointment for the quote and was expecting a representative at my house at 6pm on Monday (today) but after 30 minutes of waiting no one showed up. Called Window World, and was told that they don't know why he didn't show up so I was put on hold and after I was put back on, the man who answered the phone, Marty, said that my representative was already at the address and was talking to the customer already, he wasn't. Just to make sure I didn't get confused, I confirmed my address just in case but it was correct so that wasn't the issue. At this point, I was annoyed by the clear miscommunication on there end so I gave Marty a call back and told home that I would just go with someone else since I was on a time crunch to get this dine. He was very understanding and apologized, even though it probably wasn't his fault, but what this told me is that my time clearly wasn't important enough to them. If this is how the QUOTE was going, I couldn't imagine what the actual installation of the windows would have gone. So yeah, don't go with Window World.
