I didnt call Window Universe intially. (my mistake) I had one company (Who I wont review) that was all the way up to getting a downpayment from me. They seemed good initially but I had to fire them when they didnt show up (it was a fourth offence) Too bad. Well I called Window Universe they came out fast. The quoting process was fast. The person (lance) who came out was very personable. Now I didnt realize this but their quote was 1500 less than the other guy I fired. Also Lance is a dialed in person. He called Provia on my door and he told me that the door I was getting was not compatible so we had to switch. The previous guy was going to give me that door with the side lights. (Was it going to even work??) yeah so there was that. The appointment took minutes. We also talked about basement glass block windows. Their prices. Right on the sheet AND they were really good about 1/2 what I expected to pay. So I am going to do that too before the winter. Anyhow when all was said and done Window Universe was less than the guy I almost used and Lance double checked he got the proper sized windows and sidelights. Great experience and I still have 3+ weeks before the windows show up. Ill come back and add some pictures after it is done. I know it is going to be great.

We were replacing casement windows with a slider, and when Frank came by to measure, he made some suggestions to help maintain the design aesthetics required by our HOA . Ryan B. and his installer team was great, making sure that everything was covered and that there would be no damage to our property while they were working. Once finished, Ryan demonstrated operation and access for cleaning of the double hung windows (fairly obvious) as well as the slider which is removed for cleaning in a unique fashion. A few years later we bought 9 windows to finish the project. ( The salesman-Chris told us the new windows would not have condensation in the inside. Every single one of those windows has moisture problems. The company sent out a guy 2 times. Every time we were told moisture on the inside of a window is due to too much moisture in the house. We bought 3 dehumidifiers and have the humidity problem solved. Well the guy came out a third time. Told us without even checking our windows that it is normal for windows to have condensation in the inside. ‍. He says the windows are working fine. It is the moisture and the circulation in our home. That's a bunch of BS. Well I disagreed and I am not satisfied with the windows. Now the service /installation manager is going to come to our house. How can 9 windows have condensation and one window not have a drop of moisture on the inside?
