I almost don't want to write a review to let people know about this little secret. I know others are complaining about wait times, but we have had nothing but prompt service here at PM Pediatrics. There is an online system where you can get an appointment and maybe I've lucked out, but you can get them usually within the hour. We've been here a few times for minor issues (potential ear infections, pink eye, etc) for both of our kids. The doctors and MAs have always been nice and helpful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but I can assure you it's much shorter than and more affordable than going to the ER. That being said, if our kids had a major need (major bleeding, broken something, etc) I would always recommend an ER especially if it's a very time sensitive issue. The decor is bright and cheery and they do a great job keeping things clean and tidy. I would definitely come back here as needed! read more

I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. My son went in with shortness of breath and was left in the waiting room for nearly an hour because the receptionist refused to help check us in or verify our insurance. The receptionist left the desk for long periods of time and literally took away the QR code check in sign. I called to complain and no one called me back or followed up. I would give zero rating if I could. This was the closest open office to me. I came by at 9pm on Friday with my 3 yo daughter, who hit her head and had a good amount of blood running down her face. The front desk person- not concerned at all.. just looked at me and asked if we had an appt.. no it's an urgent care.. she looked right at my bleeding daughter and said they were not accepting any more appt and it was by appt only. Mind you the parking lot was empty and there was one child in the waiting room at the time. Had to pack my daughter up again and drive to the ER. Do not go here, they do not care about your child's well-being. An urgent care that's by appt only? Not an urgent care, just a dr office with a couple extra business hours. Friendly and efficient. They use a lot of hands-on technology, from registration paperwork, to patient portal. We took our toddler and infant as walk-ins to be seen on a Thursday afternoon. Fortunately the clinic was not busy. Shortly after completing the registration paperwork on my phone, the two kiddos were taken to be seen by the nurse and doctor. Like other pediatrician providers, the staff are friendly. The doctor we saw was efficient. Would come back for other health care needs for my kiddos. read more

Made an appointment for 6:20 and we were out by 8:20! Staff were very kind and efficient. Our RN was patient with my screaming toddler and even gave him a little Lego set to play with. Our exam room was clean and nicely kept, they even have a tv with animal videos. Very pleased with the experience and would recommend. read more

Still very happy with this medical clinic. The best thing about them is the hours- open until midnight to help you avoid the ER if something happens later in the evening. All my son needed was a bit of surgical glue, so having this office open and available was a real blessing. They were friendly, professional and did very well with our problem. read more

Iffy. We had an appointment at 8:20, got in at 8:27. A staff member came in to ask what was going on and then we were alone for 50 minutes. It was blazing hot in there. The doctor came in, super kind, ordered swabs. I had told my husband that they should have done the swabs to be proactive while we waited, knowing they'd most likely be ordered. But it made sense why they didn't when they told me the swabs take 48 hours to result.. this is why ERs are over crowded. I would have rather had spent the extra money to sit in an er longer and have the results same day. Everyone was extremely friendly, just a bummer that the swabs take 48 hours. read more

I scheduled an appointment on Christmas Eve for Christmas Day for a rapid Covid test needed for a trip to Jamaica the day after Christmas. When I showed up, I was told they are no longer doing tests for adults and recently updated the site. I had to add my birthdate three different times during the registration process. When I arrived I was told they couldn't do it even though I had an appointment. I asked her what she suggest I do since the test is needed for a trip tomorrow and she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't have a suggestion. So now, I can't travel and I don't even have a positive Covid test to show that's WHY I'm not traveling to get any sort of credit back for the trip. TERRIBLE customer service. I understand they may have changed to no longer accept adults for testing as they had before but it was not when I scheduled my appointment. read more

Waited in the exam room for 40 mins to see the NP. The place did not appear crowded at all, and I actually had an appt not just a walk in so I'm not sure why the wait was so long. Very challenging when you have a sick toddler. read more

Don't go!! This is the second time in a month that this has happened! Mid August we waited three hours for an appointment- I understand things happen and they run late with emergencies. Sitting here in my car waiting and they are an hour and a half behind, and they've taken five walk ins with the 7 appointments before me. Why bother with appointments???? You would be better off going to the AAMC ER- been there w broken bones and stitches and have gotten out faster!! read more

The front desk person denied my nine-year-old son a Covid test. This is odd. If we want a test why can we have a test?

Absolute worst experience I've had at any urgent care. I waited with my children for 3 hours to be seen when we were told 30 minutes. Several times I stepped out of the room and overheard staff, including the doctor, talking about the logistical failures of the shift (patient intake, difficult patients, etc). While those are necessary conversations to have in order to fix their obvious broken system, their timing was terrible while patients were waiting to be seen. Next time I need urgent care for my children, I will happily pay extra money and go to the ER. read more

This place is wonderful! Not our first visit, every time we are seen very quickly. It's also SO clean. All staff members from the front office to nurses to the physicians are caring, friendly and patient. Highly recommend PM pediatrics! read more

My daughter got croup in January and they had no wait at all to see her. We went back 3 days in a row for check ups and breathing treatments and we were seen instantly. The doctors and nurses where amazing and I will only be using them in the future when going to her primary care isn't available. read more

I painfully rolled my ankle on a curb while walking to dinner tonight, and without knowing whether the pain was from a sprain, fracture, or break, I drove to the nearest urgent care to get it checked out. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely caring and was constantly checking on me as I was waiting for my turn to be seen. On top of that, as I was waiting for an Uber ride back to my hotel at almost one in the morning after the sprain was diagnosed, the manager was kind enough to sit in her car and wait for me so I wasn't a female sitting along in a parking lot. This place was amazing and was literally a blessing for me tonight. I highly recommend this urgent care center! read more

I was seen at 2 previous ERs and was told my child was fine and had just a virus. We as parents know when something is wrong with our children. I brought my 15month old to this location (3rd ER with a week) and was seen by a Dr. Barbara and she was phenomenal. She ran actual tests and didn't make me feel that I was over reacting or turned me away. Come to find out after a chest Xray he had pneumonia. My kid could've died and was in bad shape. He is now on the road to recovery with the right antibiotics. Thank you for your time. read more

Awesome urgent care! Staff were all great from the front desk all the way to the back office and the doctor. We saw Dr. Gail Rose-Green and my son (who is super shy) did really well with her. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she made the visit fun for him. After all was said and done, we left with stickers and a lollipop and a happy, healthy kid. Highly recommended!! read more

Love this Place. Went here for the first time because Right Time gets pretty busy, took my son who had a swollen eye. There was no one in the waiting room so we got right in. the doctors and nurses were so nice and the atmosphere was very kid friendly. We were in and out about 20 mins and then they even gave my son a popsicle after. I will be going here from now on for my son! Im very happy Annapolis finally has a urgent care just for kids. read more

Went here for the first time today and I had a great experience! My daughter had nursemaids elbow (somewhat dislocated). The front desk, nurses, and doctors were so kind and welcoming. I thought we were going to have to get an x-ray, but just looking at my daughter they knew exactly what to do. They explained everything and made us completely comfortable. After a maneuver to her arm and a popsicle we were back to normal and ready to go home! I will definitely take my children here in the future. My daughter was seen here today. We waited outside before the office was actually open. They opened on time and immediately started seeing patients. Dr. Chatha was the physician seeing patients and she came through like a whirlwind in a very good way. She spent an appropriate amount of time with each family making sure that all questions were answered and that the next family did not wait an extended amount of time. I mentioned to her when she came into the exam room that she was quick. She let me know that she was there for the family and to get these kids better; that she knew how hard this sweep of viral infections were on the kids and the parents. They tested my daughter and not 10 minutes after we left Dr. Chatha herself called with the results! I happened to be in Annapolis for another reason and planned to take my daughter elsewhere. I am soooo glad I stopped in to have her checked at this PM Pediatrics location. If your child is sick, take them to THIS location. I am so relieved to know what is wrong with my daughter and to have had such a compassionate provider take cake of her. Thank you Dr. Chatha for taking care of my baby! read more

I was recommended this facility when my daughter had a bug bite. We waited for nearly two hours to be seen. Once we came back in to ask how much longer we were advised that we would have to wait possibly 45 minutes. That's unacceptable with a child. My daughter is six and to wait outside in the car during summer is absolutely ridiculous. We had the ac on the entire time but it still didn't help. read more

They are wonderful and caring. My daughter was seen almost immediately and the staff was very reassuring and kind.

The staff was so pleasant. I was worried about my daughters symptoms as I drove there but left feeling reassured that her diagnosis and the information that I received was accurate. I also appreciate the follow up call to make sure she was doing better as well as the opportunity to ask a follow up question. Highly recommended! read more

This place is awesome! My son suddenly became extremely ill while we were eating dinner at Boston Market. He looked like he was going to pass out. The nurse quickly took him back and checked his vitals. They gave him medication and Gatorade. He was better immediately. Everyone there was so friendly and professional! We will definitely go back if our son gets sick, and his pediatrician's office is closed. Parents, this is the place to take a sick kiddo after hours! read more

I got to say after no help from AAMC pediatric emergency room and really no help from my daughters pediatrician ( which all they kept saying all it was was a cold and ride it out) I knew there was more to it for my 10 month old to have fevers of 104 and the lowest with Motrin/Tylenol rotation I took her to pm pediatrics. I've heard great things about the staff, their thoroughness and nice service....they ran all the test needed to get my baby girl the help she needed needless to say with ear infections and sinus infection and throat infection later and put on the right antibiotics she is so much better! They were so caring especially the dr! They are fast and efficient and I recommend them to any caring parent!!! I would not go anywhere else from here on in!!! read more

This place is absolutely the best. It was recommended to me by a pediatrician. You walk in and it's clean but inviting. They have kids shows on which really helped my busy toddler. They also display the order of patients and about how much time until you are called. The doctors and nurses are fantastic--and they actually know what is going on with your child. When they determined that he needed a steroid to help with croup, they were able to give me the dose quickly (and one readily prepared for the next day!). They even helped my toddler take his medicine by offering him an ice pop for when he was finished! God bless you PM Pediatrics! Our family is done with Urgent Cares! read more

went there 3 days ago to get my swollen tonsil looked at, the nurse very aggressively swabbed my throat making me bleed when i had very clearly told her it was really sensitive. it's been almost 48 hours and i was wondering why i hadn't gotten a call waiting on my results. i ended up calling today and they told me i should've checked my portal when i've never used it. i had no idea what it is no one told me about it while i was there. now my infection is much worse and when i called they said i can come back, for what? you guys should've done everything to figure out what was wrong with me the first time. i went in with multiple symptoms and i'm almost 100% sure they ONLY tested me for strep and it was negative. now i have to leave the house again when moving is the most difficult thing for me to do now. my entire body is in pain. i'm beyond upset with this location for not doing enough to help me get better. never again. do better. read more

I really liked my visit to PM pediatrics. The nurse was phenomenal, the doctor was phenomenal and I was in and out quick. What I don't like and I hope the business owner or someone sees this is the young lady at the front desk does not let you see what you are signing. She told me to sign on the pad twice for "consent" but did not want to show me what I was signing. This is not even legal lol. Please do NOT ever sign something without seeing what you're signing. Then I told her I need to see what I am signing and then she responds "I can print it out for your afterwards" which doesn't even make any sense. Lol why are you showing me what I signed AFTER I sign it? She WOULD NOT LET ME SEE THE FORM THAT I WAS SIGNING. I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT I SIGNED. Then she showed me a tiny little paragraph because I got snippy with her and from the 3 sentences I read it was basically telling you if you don't pay it will go to collection and gave amounts and I couldn't even gather everything it said because she never printed it out for me either. As soon as I signed she turned off the pad that i was looking at while trying to read it. My daughter was so sick that I didn't even feel like yelling at this point. This led time to believe either management is saying to do this or this girl does not want anyone seeing what they are signing. I wish I had gotten her name because the last time I came with my sister the other girl did not do that. If a manager see's this I hope you tell your staff that it is not legal to force ppl to sign things without letting them read it. I guess they get away with it because it's an urgent care and most times then not ppl just want to be seen because they are coming in for an urgent matter for their kids. Shame on the front desk receptionist. If you can remember to ask them to let you read what you are signing then everything else will be great. Besides that I really loved the visit but will not be returning because of that reason alone. I'll try another location if I ever truly need to go. read more
