I think many more people should be considering medical practices such as evolve, yet I still do not find that many. The closest analogy is somewhere like Care first, however, Care first is less of a medical practice run by one doctor and more of a mass healthcare system. Evolve is a medical practice, with an excellent doctor, competent staff, and a pay as you go approach.

The PA (Sanjeev Singh)came in to see me within 5 minutes and spent 15 minutes with me. He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. Currently going through an insurance nightmare due to AllCare's refusal to correct their medical…read morecoding on my claim. We visited here a few months ago after getting confirmation from my insurance company that they will cover the full cost since this place was listed as a URGENT CARE CENTER. However, when I was billed for the full amount ($300+), they said my insurance rejected the claim because AllCare is no longer an urgent care center, but a primary care center. The AllCare representative I spoke to also spewed some nonsense about them being an "immediate care." Apparently, "immediate care" is different from "urgent care" when it comes to medical coding. WHAT?! Attached are screen shots I took TODAY, 8/13/25, that lists them as an URGENT CARE.

I make sure any other doctors I see sends all info to Dr. Benns. Very seldom does she read it. As our visits start she'll ask "Oh when was that test done", "What were the results"? The practice charges a copay for bloodwork which is required every six months. A few times emails were unanswered and I ended up calling the office to get an answer. I'm not saying it's the worst but it definitely doesn't deserve 5 stars.
