Really great service even for procedures that are unpleasant. Would happily recommend for outpatient procedures.

I finished the last one yesterday morning and have had zero pain after these strenuous hikes. My longest was 3 miles. I couldn't not have done this without Dr Clegg and his wonderful team. He also gave me pre-surgery exercises and post surgical exercises that are a must for success. I am now on a kneeling program which is going great and plan on paddle boarding by next weekend. I am so very thankful my friend referred me to Dr Clegg. Anyone who complains about their knee pain I tell them of Dr Clegg and what a phenomenal experience I had. I had a partial knee replacement done 7 years ago by another doctor and it popped out of place constantly and I just thought I would have to live with it the rest of my life. I am forever thankful and grateful for Dr Clegg and his staff!!! It was a great experience both times.

I think there are at least eight doctors that are in this practice with a variety of orthopedic specialties. Additionally there's an excellent group of x-ray technicians that very capably take your needed x-rays at the time of your doctor appointment. They are instantly ready to be viewed by your doctor. The patient alone is escorted in for x-rays and then returned to the waiting room for anyone that may be accompanying you to your doctor appointment. There are a variety of chairs in the waiting room including some tall seats to make all patients comfortable while waiting for your appointment. The front office staff are quite efficient and if you do the pre-registration on your cell phone prior to your appointment you will only have one page to sign. You may be caught off guard when you walk in and see so many patients waiting but don't panic. There is more than one doctor seeing them all and some are there just to get an injection that doesn't take much of the doctor's time. I can't exclaim enough with how happy I am with this practice and specifically with my physician Dr. Reid Brown. If you need a Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement or Pelvic surgery he is the one to see! Five stars all the way from start to finish when other doctor's did not think there was an option for my condition.

After diagnosing the elbow he had me use a basic sling and said, don't move your right arm for 2 weeks. Yeah, that didn't work well. Also, less happy at deferral of care for ongoing numbness from surgery. He referred me to Dr. Tuna. Dr Tuna is apparently known for a surgery closing technique that minimizes scars on many people. Because Dr Tuna feels he is infallible, he doesn't refuses to know that his technique doesn't work on all body types. Hence, when I found that there were no surface sutures and only glue and steri strips that had come apart and I had a gaping wound, I was unhappy. When I went back in 4 days after my surgery, he told me it was my fault because I am fat. It actually is commonly known that people with extra fat don't handle that type of closure well and there are often issues like I had. Not only did he claim it was my fault for that. He also said it was my fault for the arm bandages not staying in place, because of the shape of my arm. He did fix it. And then charged me. When I contested the charge, he told the CFO that he had explained to me why it was my fault. FYI, I have pictures of the open wound. I will not post here as yuck! As a courtesy, they cleared the charge as I had already paid the rest of my bill. Fatphobia and inability to own your mistakes is not a good look. The one saving grace was the PT group who were lovely people even when they didn't tell me that one of the issues I was having was probably a ruptured tendon. I am now going to Norton's and have been treated much better. K&K need to stop riding the coattails of the great men that started the group. In August of 2018 I had a fall and reinjured my knee that was operated on, I knew there was something wrong, so I came back to Pomeroy and Rhodes to get my knee looked at after I had a MRI, I saw a Nurse Practioner named Kirk and a Dr. named Keller, he told me that I had a tear in my quad tendon and that the tendons on each side of my knee had weakened due to the fall and that I needed surgery to tighten the tendons and repair the tear, I told him I did not want surgery right now because I could not afford to take the time off from work, so he ordered a brace for my knee, when I came back in today 2/14/2019 I mentioned that I needed a statement from them saying that the injuries I sustained were from the fall, immediately both Kirk and Dr. Keller started telling me that they never said that I had a tear or that the tendons were weakened, or that it was caused by the fall, my wife and I were both astonished and my wife said that I had come home from my previous visit and told her exactly what the Dr. had told me about the tear and the tendons and could not believe that they were now lying about what they had said. I am sure if Dr. Donald Pomeroy were not on a leave of absence, I would have been told the same thing on both visits and would ot have been lied to like I was by Kirk and Dr. Keller.
