Instead, many of the problems ultimately had to be pushed to the builder. As the tenant, I should not have to manage unresolved maintenance issues between the property management company, vendors, and the builder. While the property itself had a number of maintenance issues (which I understand may not be directly their fault), it quickly became clear that this management team was unprepared, disorganized, and completely lacking in accountability. Any positive reviews--particularly those praising Bridgette Daniel's--seem highly questionable. It wouldn't surprise me if bots were used to inflate their ratings. My experience was so poor, I would avoid renting from any property they manage, even if it was my dream home. I truly don't understand how they retain clients, but I'm sharing this in the hopes that it helps others avoid the frustration we endured. Proceed with caution.
